I paid $8 for a half of an Asian salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce, 2 tiny strips of chicken, maybe some almonds and 4 wonton strips. I’m convinced the only people who go to Panera are first timers because I can’t imagine someone coming back for that trash salad. Panera sure knows how to scam people. I got bamboozled

Picked up a salad to go. Lettuce was all a nasty brown color. Unedible. According to the menu it's supposed to be romaine lettuce. Not what we got.This has happened the last two times I've been down there. Not what you would expect for an $11 salad. Called to talk to a manager about it and no one would pick the phone up. Terrible food. Avoid.

I had the turkey chili and my wife had the tomato soup both were great. Preparation was quick. There is a kind of choke point from the pickup counter to the dining room. Almost ran into people twice.

I love being able to place my own order at the kiosk. The nutrition info is right at my fingertips tips too, love that! I had the 10 vegetable soup and Greek salad. It was sooo good. Looking forward to going back. I am also part of the sip club, this makes me happy also. Wish they had more choices in the hot teas, a couple more herbals would be nice.
Sometimes I wish there were ½ stars. Panera is pretty good. Pizza was delish... Mac n Cheese also good.. but we've had better, in that quadrant. Seems the main issue that dropped 'em from 4☆ to 3☆ is OMGSH they're expensive. This might as well be a full service restaurant. Maybe I'm behind the inflation times but all I do is eat out... 3-4 times a week, easy. Just too expensive – everything was... & if ya try to save a buck er 2 – the portions(especially mac&cheese)are a joke – so don't do that! ? my kids are STiLL hungry!Parking: There's parking.

Panera has really gone downhill. Food prices are crazy high while portion sizes have decreased dramatically. They kept advertising Free Delivery cor a limited time...except what they don't mention is that they'll jack upc the price of you food to cover delivery. My ticket increased $29 with "Free Delivery". I'll pass. Food was okay, very little chicken on our sandwiches for what we paid. I think I'll stick to Kneaders where food is still good, prices are fair, and they have excellent customer service.

Inside for dine-in, we tried to order flatbread pizzas only to hear they were out of flatbread. So then asked about the chicken pepperoni melt sandwich, only they are all out of pepperoni. By the empty look of the bread baskets behind the front counter, they must need some serious help managing food ordering. Lots of folks dining in today (Sunday), all waiting for their food to be prepared. Disappointed, we went across the street to Carino's. Won't be back.
