This food used to be the best ever back in the food truck days, but that is now a distant memory. Everything has gone downhill since they got bought out. The food isn’t fresh anymore. The staff has to beg for tips at the drive thru. It makes Taco Time look good. They’ve gone the way of the Simpsons. RIP good Sweeto.

We sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. The two cars behind us left before ever ordering. Finally we we were helped the employee asked if we wanted to leave a tip. After saying no because of how long we had waited with no other customers around…he was rude when giving us our food. Not going back. Used to love this place. Bad customer service…horrible employee service.

I used to love Sweeto Burrito, but the food is too inconsistent. Sometimes the burritos are huge with tons of sauce and amazing, sometimes theyre full of rice, no sauce and too small. Im disappointed. It's also really unprofessional and unqelcoming that they ask for a tip at the drive

Passing through and we stopped by! The staff was unbelievably kind! We loved the gal with the short curly hair! I didn't get her name! ❤️❤️❤️ loved the food too!

We ordered online before leaving the house and scheduled the pick up time around the time we would get there. They apparently didn't pay attention because I got a text a few minutes later that the order was ready and we were 30 minutes out. We got there and asked them to remake it and they refused and claimed it said 11:30. We showed them the receipt that said 12:20 and the manager said there is nothing he could do. So we payed 10 bucks for a cold soggy burrito

The only breakfast burrito place open on a Sunday and not many other restaurants offer a quick breakfast burrito or taco on their menus. Via the drive through, we ordered the Veggie and loved the crispy onion rings inside. We also enjoyed the story behind each burrito. I am not sure why this place was only 4.0.

This used to be in our regular rotation of restaurants, but that’s no longer the case. Since it’s changed ownership, the quality of the food is sub-par at best, and it’s definitely not worth the sizable price tag. And the service? Abysmal. Unless you enjoy getting your order wrong and having the staff act as though you’re an inconvenience to them, I would recommend saving your money and going just about anywhere else.
One of the few places I usually go to for lunch, but honestly, this was my last time. The boy at the drive through window today was extremely short with me, especially over the intercom. He didnt provide my whole order & slammed the window shut when I tried to ask for the rest. Food has been bland the last few times Ive come here and its beyond annoying that they ask for tips through the drive through.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous! In the last month I've had 3 Mondays off. I Love the food here so I've put up with a lot, but I've come here on all 3 of those Mondays just after 8 am to get food and the first two times I ended up waiting a minimum of 20 minutes watching YouTube videos in my car before I just leave. Today I was in the drive through at 8:14, sat there for almost 10 minutes, even recorded part of it this time, then I called them and someone answered for the first time to tell me, "We're here, but we don't open until 9 on Sundays." ARE YOU TELLING ME NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN THERE KNOWS WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK IT IS?? I may seem irrationally upset, but this level of incompetence has ensured I will not be coming here in the mornings again.

Ordered the white chick burrito and received the lil chicky. It was a mess when I unwrapped it, leaking liquid everywhere. Lots of sickeningly sweet rice and sauce, with cheese and beans sprinkled in. Only 4 small pieces of chicken in the entire "chicken" burrito. Churro was cold and hard yet undercooked in the center.

Great Burrito! My Burrito was a Sweeto Burrito! I got the chicken, and boy, was it fresh! So delicious! Such fresh and tasty dishes! I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch! Great staff, too! Very kind and considerate.

The Name should change to the bland white rice and disgusting sauce Burrito. My wife and I went on Sunday to try it since we love Costa vidas sweet pork salad. The first thing it is around 25 bucks for 2 lunches. Second the burrito is big. However its all rice and sauce. And white rice at that I tossed it in the trash after 3 bites. Total meat in the burrito 2 small forkfuls. I got tater tots that were probably cooked the night before and thrown back in the fryer to reheat. Nothing was fresh my wifes chips tasted older then the state of idaho very stale and blah. So I gave it a 100 percent Gross rating. Service was average. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.
