I come here when ever I am really constipated. Taco bell truly helps in that dept. By the time I get home all the pipes are running clean again.

Wanted to dine in but this location has no order takers and had to use kiosk, which had a long line. Frustrating to watch workers just stand around watching. Went through drive thru and received food much faster. Nachos were mostly broken pieces.

This was a completely awful experience. First off there is no order taker, you have to place your order yourself on a kiosk. After they called out our name we went to go get our food, when the lady behind the counter pulled the food trays back and it disappeared, we stood up there and waited when finally a customer, not even an employee came up to us with a bag of food claiming that they might have got our food since they had the same name as we did and apparently they don't use the last name initial that's required when ordering from the kiosk. So instead of rummaging through the bag since at this point we didn't even know whose food it even was, we placed it down on the counter for the employees to sort out. That didn't work at all, they stared at us like they had no idea where they even were little own what was going on with the orders being placed and going out. We repeatedly asked if the order was for Jon W. Which they could not answer, after much confusion it was determined that infact our order had gone out to the wrong customer and then brought back and was then given to us NOT EVEN BY AN EMPLOYEE BUT BY A CUSTOMER!!!!! They didn't remake it for us, instead they threw a tray at us and acted like we were inconvenient. We spent over $60 today to get treated like garbage for food that wasn't even good. I will never give any taco bell my money again, this taco bell has completely ruined it for me. That was completely unacceptable service and I refuse to pay to get treated like that. I've worked customer service for over 20 years and not a single one of your employees know a thing about customer service. There was no manager to be seen, it's no wonder why they employees don't care, there is no one there holding them accountable. The customers do more work than the employees, and were more helpful as well.

It took way too long being stared at by 3 employees who giggled just to turn away. About a minute and a half passed before the girl who was cleaning the lobby apologized and stated they no longer take orders at the register. She could sense my frustration with the employees who ignored us and waited for the new girl who was actually working to handle it. She was happy to walk us through the new system and efficiently put our order in with all the picky changes we wanted. She then got right back to work as she was before. That young lady is the only reason this review made 3 stars. I imagine by the difference in attire, the shift lead was one of the three that didn't have time for customers or work.
My tacos were not filled all the way which was disappointing. But the service was fast and nice.

Went in and ordered $6 worth of food, waited 20 mins for 2 tacos and had to WALK OUT because I got tired of waiting for so long for such a small order. I also don't want to HAVE to order food off of a kiosk when I go into a restaurant. Do your job and take my order. Why are these restaurants getting sp lazy and have employees asking for $15/hr minimum wage. You can't even make 2 tacos...
We stop here for breakfast and everything was made correctly and we enjoyed our food but we had our 11 month old with us and neither of their bathrooms had a changing table…and the women’s restroom is huge so that is kind of ridiculous. Please think about putting a changing table in so moms feel more comfortable leaving the house with their babies.

This place has come a long way since I remember when it was closed for some time, past is the past. Nowadays it’s usually one of my “Big 3” for delivery, they have been working hard for sure great staff and hats off to management for bringing this place back to life! The delivery from here is fairly stress free except for the hot sauces. Silly thing to complain about if you ask me but who knows. Maybe it’s just Diablo fault…
