Last night was the last night we will ever purchase from this location again. We ordered on the app and when we arrived at the time it said it would be done, we were told it would be ready in "a few minutes". Apparently a few minutes means 40 minutes.We would have rather canceled our order for a refund, but this establishment doesn't do refunds. Instead they insist you come back at a later time to redeem a free pizza. Its 2024, how can you not process a refund?

I freaking love this place so much I go here at least once a week for lunch! I always get the lunch combo (drink and personal pizza), and it seems to be the best on days Monday-Thursday. Friday lunch combos lack sauce and love. There's a lady that works there, on the short side with short, dark hair, spunky personality, maybe late 40's, early 50s? I don't know her name, but she is always the highlight of my experience there!! We always share a joke and laugh, and I'll tell her I'll see her next week while I leave the store. She's just great, and the pizza always seems to be made to perfection when she's back there making them!

It's been a while since I went to Little Caesars, and I have to say, they've improved a lot. The crust is actually really good, and much better than it used to be. With that said, it's still budget pizza, but it's a five star budget pizza instead of three.

This is by far the worst little ceasars pizza I have ever been to. I had a bad experience once in july but decided to give them a second chance, big mistake.We ordered a thin crust Pepperoni and olive pizza, with a side of italian cheese bread. We placed the order at 8:14 pm for pickup, we were told ready for pickup in their pizza portal by 8:36 pm. The order timeline was a joke. The pizza was "in the oven" at 8:25 pm and was "being packed up" at 8:47 pm.We left the house when we got this message and got there at 8:56 pm. Pizza wasnt in the portal. I sat down in a chair. The employees are coughing / sneezing in the back. Gossiping like they are in the highschool cafeteria, Flipantly handling food products like they are in their own home. I didnt recieve my order untill 9:15 pm when an employee brought it up to me. The cheese bread wasnt cooked all the way through, and we had 2 pieces that were cooked with the other 8 being lightly warmed dough with melted cheese on top. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, and cut like they gave a toddler a pizza cutter.Honestly this little ceasars makes a boxed great value (or any brand) frozen pizza seem more appetizing. At least they dont cost 20 bucks and I can ensure its not burnt or undercooked.Perhaps if they took their jobs seriously, it would be a great joint for fast pizza. But I would rather drive to twin falls for better pizza, or bake a fozen pizza, than order from here again.
Brenda was rude while I was asking about prices, and she seemed annoyed I interrupted her lunch because she didn't even swallow her food before answering my questions. Management really needs to reevaluate their employees because I saw another review about the same person.

I went to the Jerome little Caesar’s and the lady (Brenda J.) didn’t greet me at all and seemed annoyed to take my order. Then she was extremely rude. And she overcharged me and when my husband went back in to get my money back that she owed me she was quite snippy to him as well. The costumer service was not good at all. I would put 0 stars but it won’t let me.
