“10 Star Review! We hosted a private dinner for 11 people at The Grill at Knob Hill. Will, the manager was so great to work with. Will, and the chef curated a beautiful Autumn Idaho Dinner. Our guests were from Boston and New Hampshire so we wanted to present the best from Idaho. We started with a Fall Moscow Mule for cocktail, then a beautiful nut, dried fruit, cheese, honey, roasted garlic baguette plates for each guest, then a savory butternut squash soup with basil olive oil drizzle, the Autumn salad with shaved cheese, nut, pomegranate was awesome, the main entree was Idaho trout with an herb butter and wagu steak, rice pilaf, the famous popovers, and finished with Fall home made stone fruit cobbler. The wine choices by Will were awesome. Autumn in Sun Valley - Ketchum, the beautiful golden aspen trees, and a fantastic dinner and amazing staff at the Grill at Knob Hill was the perfect evening.“

“This might be my favorite ski lodge I've ever been too. The views were spectacular, true 360 of the surrounding mountains, and the food was great. It also had this gorgeous old school vibe. Definitely didn't feel like your "fake but commercialized" ski lodge.Loved the taco salad I got. You could really customize it. I put pretty much everything on it! Line moved quick and the staff was super nice.Our crew just sat and chatted and ate for quite a while. Easy to find a table at 1:00pm on a Saturday.“

“Celebrated my birthday there and could not have enjoyed the entire experience more!! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views in a prime central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I really loved the music on the patio. This is a dog friendly hotel, so we were able to have our 4 legged kids join us for our celebration. We had a place to store our bikes safely and enjoyed the proximity to bike trails. Our stay was very pleasant and we are excited to return soon. Thank you Limelight!!!😍“

“Excellent in ambience, with fresh ingredients including their produce and homemade pasta. We cannot sing the praises of the Covey enough. We booked dinner reservations during the busy Trailing of the Sheep Festival weekend. While this modern elegance meets cozy farmhouse fine dining restaurant would have been an ultimate experience for a date night, our expectations were FAR exceeded with our family of four (including two younger children). We enjoyed the mafaldine, lamb cassarecce, and butterleaf dishes. They accommodated a delightful simple pasta for our youngest one, and encouraged them to create artwork while we waited for our meal. Their artwork was proudly framed and tastefully displayed on the wall by the bar. The evening ended with a delightful sweet surprise by the chef/owner and his dog. We will be back, with our family, friends, and for a date night!“

“I liked this place so much I visited 3 times this week! On Sunday I had CT's Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad on a croissant and a side salad with a lemon vinaigrette. Wednesday I came back with 3 friends in my group. I had the Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes with homemade sausage patties. 2 of my friends had the Baldy Burrito and the 3rd had the Sheepherder French Toast. We all loved our choices. Today I came back for more Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes and a side salad with lemon vinegarette. Very friendly staff. One of the girls remembered me both times I came back. Will definitely stop again whenever I get back to Ketchum.“

“I was on a work trip up in Ketchum and it was a toss up between this establishment and one other.

Upon entering I was acknowledged and sat down to browse the menu. You order and pay at the counter.

I ordered fish and chips (subbed the fries for tater tots) and ordered a house salad. AMAZING!

“Pretty good, affordable lunch option. Felt healthier than some of the other meals we ate while in town. Not much seating inside; so we got our wraps to go and went back to our hotel patio across the street. Can order half a wrap but can only customize full size. The wraps we tried were good. The turkey one was pretty heavy on lettuce; however it was still ok.“

“We go here every time we come into town. The sandwiches have toasted bread, but cold insides, and it makes for a really yummy sandwich. The bread is not too thick. My favorite is the meatless masterpiece, but then adding ham. Ha. We also LOVE the chocolate chips cookies. They make every sandwich to perfection so it is not super fast but not slow either. Worth the wait!!!“

“I haven't been to the Cafe because I live in Boise, but I buy their bread from Albertsons: AMAZING! I love that the flour is grown locally and there are only a few ingredients, which is how all breads should be! For someone with food allergies, I was thrilled to find breads I can eat safely; when I realized they were insanely delicious as well, I stopped buying all other bread! If you ever expand a cafe in Boise, I will be there every week!“

“A sports bar, plenty of drinks to choose from. They ran out of brisket and chicken wings, hence the 4 star. It's very loud and had to yell across the table. For $25 the catfish dinner was a great choice. Three pieces of fish which were thick and not fishy tasting. Came with hush puppies, Mac and cheese, potato salad, slaw. The slaw had no taste and the other two sides were bland. I asked for salt and pepper, never got it. Asked for more water, never got that. The server split the ranch dressing, she said she would bring another, didn't get that. So, the service kinda sucked. They had 49ers, Bears game on, sthat was decent. We didn't have to wait to long for a table, it's first come, first serve. We lucked out that a couple got tired of waiting for their food to come and they got up and left! I don't think we will go back while we are here.“
