On a recent snow trip to Ketchum, this was my favorite place we ate. Between three of us we must have ordered half the case, a couple sandos and I took one of the incredible espresso (Decaf!) brownies to go, which I enjoyed in the privacy of my hotel room later. Really creative and delicious variety of prepared salads, entrees, sandwiches and pastas. Super cute location and in good weather the little deck outside is a great place to have your goodies. Attended a wedding catered by Salted Sprig this weekend and was impressed by the quality and taste of the dishes provided. This included not just the dinner, but also the appetizers served during the cocktail hour. Not sure how to describe their fried cheese crisps, drizzled with honey and pistachio, but I would have kept eating them had I not been restrained by the fact dinner was starting in 30 minutes!
