Worst wendy's I have ever been to!!!!!@Frequently out of items staff is in a tentative slow and unhelpful. Soda machine rarely works bathrooms are disgusting always. They're all gender bathrooms so both toilets are covered in urine!!!! I just had to clean it myself because nobody was available to.

If I'm going to spend $40 for 3 meals let's fill up the fries all the way and try to have some respectful customer service........Unbelievable.

If you come into the store, you are basically ignored, even after you are forced to use the self-checkout to order. The last time I went inside, I was ignored to the pin t that the manager having the counter was shocked to see me standing there after I ordered my food and abruptly asked “what do you need?” To which I replied, “I ordered food about five minutes ago. (No one even said anything g to us before that.I also received crusty and really old, inedible food. This is commonplace at this store, which is why I tend to avoid it. For the price paid for a “value” meal, quality should be ups to standards. As someone who worked at Wendy’s in the 90’s, I know this store isn’t upholding food hold items or customer service standards that were Dave’s way.

Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and when I got to the speaker to order I was asked to wait…I waited 5 minutes then said “hello?” And was told “We are too busy to take your order, it will be a bit.” And they returned several minutes later telling me they were too busy and they couldn’t take my order at all so I had to leave. Then as I proceed to drive through to leave, three employees laughed as I drove by and they were standing around with only 6 people in the lobby already eating.

Gave me cold, old, not even half a large fry, punk kids in there on their phones. Who knows what the guy making the food is doing if these are the fries.

Ordered no chicken on my gf salad and got chicken anyways couldn’t eat it; also ordered nuggets and they gave me no sauce. I’m picky and will not eat nuggets with no sauce. Called the store and they were rude as hell, they always are.Vegetarian options: Do not respect no meat choices!

There was a lovely young lady helping me at the drive through window. She could see that my left hand was newly broken and in a brace. Without asking she doubled up a drink holder and placed my drink and frosty in it so I wouldn't drop it. She seemed to notice I'd been having a rough day and told me she hoped it got better. I was so touched by her sweet and thoughtful kindness to a stranger. She will never know how much of a positive impact she had on me at a really rough time. I hope Wendy's appreciates their amazing young staff!
