I put in a large work order today and my meal was forgotten. I called and was offered a refund initially and then the gal offered to have someone drive it out to me. Not only did they bring my lunch, they included chips and salsa, and a cookie. Thank you for going above and beyond to make that right instead of doing the easy thing (refund).

Wow. That’s all I can say. This is, hands down, THE best costa vida experience I’ve ever had. The service was top notch. I felt like I was walking into a 5 star deluxe restaurant off of Miami Beach. The customer service was unmatched. Ethan was our server and made sure to ask if I wanted cheese and sauce. What an overall 10/10 experience. Shout of Ethan!! He went out of his way to ask how our day was and where we ran at our track meet! What an overall great guy!! ?? my ONLY complaint was there wasn’t enough cinnamon sugar on my cinnamon sugar tortilla. But hey nothing can be perfect! So it’s fine because Ethan was so kind!!

A favorite fast-casual dining place for us. Service is friendly and quick. Portions are good for the price. Food is consistently good. Salads are a definite go to (creamy ranch dressing is awesome!), but the enchiladas are quite good as well.Definitely recommend giving them try.
For the most part, it was good. The person preparing it was nice and made it well , lots of pictures of the beach, which creates a good vibe. Overall, the 7.7/10 bonus bathrooms have funny signs in front of them.
