absolutely love this place … alisha, jen, and hayden presented me when i came in to get some breadsticks - 10/10 customer service from all 3 of them, and definitely 10/10 on the food, probably my new favorite breadsticks, love getting food from a place with awesome people ! will for sure be visiting this location again.

I ordered a couple pizzas tonight... while I was waiting out in my car I noticed an employee with long hair and no hair net making the dough for pizzas... once my food was ready I walked in and asked another employee about thier policy and if a net was required and she said yes. Then I asked why the other employee wasn't wearing one. Her response to that was "I'll talk to the GM tomorrow" I explained I livee 20 mintues away and I'd hate to find a hair in my food... she laughed and then agreed. Once I got home I got a piece of pizza and guess what... there was a hair in it. Obviously this place doesn't care enough to ensure employees adhere to the minimum health requirements. I've worked in the food service before and I understand it's inconvenient but still. No one wants hair in thier food. Even the employee I spoke with agreed. She said I don't want my own hair in my food. So why don't you make sure it's prevented after someone asks about it instead of basically blowing off the customer? Probably won't return here.

I made an online order Friday Jan 5th just after 5pm, it literally took me 2hrs to get my delivery. The best part, I could see from the online tracking that my pizza sat for an hour before it left the store. I don’t blame DoorDash for this as you could see 3 different drivers waited for the order. Papa John’s needs to get it act together. The pizza sucked and all I got was text messages saying it was delayed. I totally remembered why I hadn’t ordered from there in so long. Do better Papa John’s

What is the point in offering square cut well done pizza if you're not going to do it. Third time this has happened. Also late and garlic sauce crushed in the pizza

They use Door Dash now and the delivery takes super long. It was showing cooked and ready and took double the time to deliver. Be prepared to wait.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First, the driver delivered to the wrong house. When I called asking where our pizza was, I received sass from both the manager and the driver. The driver asked me "and did you open your door and look outside?". My husband finally looked around the neighborhood and found our pizza a few houses down. I called the store to let them know and the manager said "sooo do you still want the new pizza?" No one wants a cold pizza, and this was clearly their fault. We are reheating our pizza and advise you to order from a different papa johns.
Me and my brother went to this Papa Johns establsihment and the worker there was obviously stoned as hell. He paused before he answered and spoke like the typical stoner voice you hear in movies. The pizza was not even made right either, it had no marinara. Just bread and cheese. Not to mention it was $20… this was aids.

I love their pizza and their rewards program. but they use doordash to deliver my pizza. it usually takes 30 minutes longer minimum, and it's cold by the time it gets to me.... if it even does. Doordash has a habit of leaving the pizza in my car port, on top of my trash can, at my neighbors house, or not delivering at all. I got frustrated with the hassle, and they always use doordash when I order online, unless I select to pay in cash. So I stopped doing business with them and switched to dominos who are way faster, cheaper, and don't use doordash. it may not be a deal breaker for some people, but I like to actually eat warm pizza instead of cold, and I prefer not to wait an hour and a half for delivery during slow times. The pizza is yummy tho.

Well second time at this place paid top dollar and got low budget food very skimpy on the topings paid over 35 bucks for peporoni pizza got enouph on the big pizza to do a personal and was way lacking on chease same for the hawian we got was way light on toppings han a 2 in crust ring was highly
