Rotten lettuce in my salad. Tons of brown slimy pieces. I just went twenty minutes ago for a quick dinner I thought I’d bring home. Unfortunately had to throw it away. I tried to eat it but the lettuce was sooo gross.

Worst qdoba I ever seen, small portions and stupid stuff. They gived me a cup for water and when i get some dr pepper. Stuff came to me and said it just for water. Greedy people. Not recommended.

I tried to be nice to the guy that made my food, but tipping him 10.00. I told him, "If he appreciated me enough to come say hi to me, I was there for 1 hour and nothing.I prefer to give my money to those who appreciate others. I didn't leave feeling that way. I'm not sure I'll be back because of his choices!

Qdoba is a favorite of ours - I love the taco salad with grilled chicken and vegetables! You can't go wrong with that. Plus their queso is among my top 5 list!

Came at closing, (8:00) would of went somewhere else if we had known we had to leave so soon. Before she asked if we wanted it to go. I said like to eat here, she said ok we still have to close up. Which only took 10 minutes. Not enough time to eat rice bowls. Seems like they just wanted our money. The 5 of us likely will not return.

A week ago, I went in to get 2 orders, no one was in line. The team member messed up on both bowls because they constantly said "anything else?" and wasn't hearing what I was asking for. Then, near the register, the cashier and the other team member were both asking me "anything else?" at the same time. So, no...nothing else. Today, I had a similar experience. No one behind me in line and the team member making my bowl did the same rushed service and again, didn't add what I requested. Since they seem to be in such a hurry to get me out and continue to mess up my orders, I will be trying a different location.vv

Everytime we come here, we have great food and great service. The only thing I would like to see change is a changing table added to the restroom. We love eating here but it's hard with an infant when he needs a diaper change.

Please take your business elsewhere. We have so many choices when dining especially at the Qdoba price point.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred on May 23rd at this Qdoba location. As an avid fan of Qdoba, I always choose Qdoba over other similar dining options such as Chipotle, Cafe Rio, and Costa Vida. However, the customer service experience I encountered today was beyond any negative encounter I have ever experienced throughout my many years of dining.We were disappointed in how our food was being served and asked that it be corrected by the employees. The Qdoba employee, a young female made inappropriate comments about our requests.In an attempt to address the issue and ensure that such behavior does not align with Qdoba's standards, I requested the names of the team members involved and the operations manager. I called the manager, Isreal, from the restaurant, expecting him to address the situation appropriately. To my disbelief, he not only failed to acknowledge the inappropriate behavior but also had the audacity to tell me, "You can take your business elsewhere." He also stated that he knew who I was. This is completely untrue.I am confident that such behavior is not reflective of Qdoba's core values and the emphasis you place on exceptional customer service. However, since my attempts to address the issue through the chain of command yielded no results, I am leaving this review.I left Qdoba with an overwhelming sense of disappointment, andwill not return.I sincerely hope that management will take this matter seriously and investigate it thoroughly. Instead, of jumping to conclusions.
