Sadly, I feel like the standards have been slipping since COVID-19. I know I could have mentioned that my burger was a disappointment and the friendly staff would have offered to take care of everything, but should I have had to? My friend & I went there for lunch on 4/18/24. We were greeted & seated immediately. Then our waitress Kiersten was quick to ask what beverages we’d like, gave our menus. Drinks & food came out rather quickly & Kiersten was prompt checking in on us! Midway through our meal, McKenna came to our table, introduced herself & was the GM. Great experience! Catered wonderfully to our allergy needs! Were very sensitive to our celiac disease and went over and beyond to make it safe for us.. so appreciate the caution they took! First restaurant my son has been able to go to for the last 3 years; made his day! I realize not all red robins may be as cautious but the one in meridian on eagle was terrific!
