“The best coffee shop. The service is always quick and the baristas are always polite. The food they service is good for a quick bite. The drinks are always tasty and they have many options of what to have. I personally love the brown sugar shaken espresso!“
“The Starbucks inside this Albertsons location on Cherry is phenomenal. The Manager Alley is so attentive and remembers my order every time, even when I change things up. She tells whoever she is working with how I like things and I really appreciate such excellent service. Morgan, one of the baristas makes my drinks perfectly every time. I look forward to seeing everyone in the mornings. I leave earlier than I need to for work, so that I have time to stop and go in to Starbucks. Its worth it to me, versus going to one with a drive through because they have shown they care. Thank you to all the staff in the Albertsons Starbucks!“
“This Starbucks location which is near Eagle and Fairview is by far the best location as far as the service and friendliness. They make my caramel frappuccino with lots of extra caramel perfect every time. They're fast and efficient and I haven't ever sat in the drive thru more than one or two minutes.Recently I started going there again after about a year of just not having coffee anywhere and they actually remembered me and remembered exactly what my regular drink is. Lol I was amazed.Anyway, I can't say enough positive things about this Starbucks.“

“This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in the Treasure Valley. It is conveniently located, but beyond that, unlike other locations this location makes my nitro cold brews w/ vanilla sweet cream very consistently. At other locations, the drink tastes different almost every time. Here it tastes the same virtually every time I order it.Like many Starbucks their drive through and dine in is often extremely packed- yet these folks somehow never seem stressed. I think this is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to.They consistently welcome you when you walk in the door, call you by name if they know it, are friendly at the register, friendly at drink pickup, friendly over the intercom and window at the drive through- doesn't matter how busy it is.Random fact: one time I brought my son here and he threw up while eating at one of the tables. One of the busy workers baristas here immediately dropped what he was doing to help grab me some cleaning supplies. I didn't want him having to touch my kid's vomit, but he was happy to keep bring me towels and whatever I needed. Amazing service.“
“I’m really a 3.5 stars on this one. As Starbucks goes in the area, this location is good. It’s in a fairly convenient spot and it’s a good place to hang out for a coffee or to get a bit of work done.On service, I would say “5 stars” is the best possible service ever, or above and beyond. 4 stars is probably near flawless and highly consistent. I gave this one a 3 (reality maybe 3.5). No real *complaints* about the service here. In fact the staff is really great when you engage with them (giving my order, asking a question, pointing out a small error, etc).What would earn 4+ stars on service is consistent welcoming of customers when they walk in the door. Especially compared to other Starbucks, the greeting seems rare here. As I typed this while sitting in the Starbucks, I watched three people walk in and none were greeted. I feel like it’s been this way for the past several months.Sometimes I even walk in here and stand at the register waiting a minute+ for someone to take my order. To be clear, I’m happy to wait. But it is a little strange to stand there without anyone even looking in my direction and saying something like, “I’ll be right with you”. A bit awkward to stand there silently and not acknowledged.The other thing is, when I pick up my order at the counter, no one says anything either. And I always say “thank you” as I grab it and walk away. No one looks up or says anything back (99% of the time) at this location. Again, this isn’t bad, but it’s just not 4+ star service IMO. Maybe I don’t day “thank you” loud enough, but there are two other Starbucks I frequent nearby and it’s the opposite at those locations: Everyone consistently smiles and waves and responds “have a good day” when I pick up my order. At those other locations, it’s more of an exception to get the silent treatment.“
“Amazing and beautiful people, absurdly kind and patient. One of the guys, I didn't get his name, was so kind he gave me a discount on my coffee when i was short money, i don't want him to get in any trouble, on the contrary! Such kindness deserves a raise or a healthy bonus! When I came in today, I wanted to try something new. I'm a regular so they see me quite often, but it took me awhile to decide what new drink I'd like to try. Despite being obviously shortstaffed, poor things I've been there, were so patient with me and offered suggestions! I ended up with one of their suggestions, but not after they offered a sample of it to see if I'd like it! I missed their names as well, but they were just so nice they deserve a raise or something! I love coming here before work, especially right before a hard shift, these guys are so wonderful, I hope they start taking tips from cards or get bigger tip jars because they deserve it!“
“I came to this starbucks while traveling through Idaho and stopping at Albertson's for provisions in Meridian. The girl at Starbucks (Gracie) made an AMAZING drink and was incredibly pleasant. It is a rarity for me to find a consistent experience from a third-party Starbucks but the barista here was incredibly professional. Gracie deserves a raise!“
“Amber, Eric and Hayley are the reason I frequent this Starbucks daily. From the first day I started stopping by Hayley has known my name. Whether I am in drive thru or walking in I am always greeted by name and feel like they truly care when they ask how I’m doing. They all know my drink or drinks as I change it up some and always have my sandwich started. If they happen to be out they are quick to suggest a great alternative. Starbucks did a great job hiring these three, they truly are the heartbeat of what customer service is all about.“
