“Love this Starbucks, come everyday and get the same order without any difficulties. Today however I had a really negative experience. Emilia at the window was cold from the start. When scanning my phone she refused to stick her hand out the window and made me physically move. Then upon getting our drinks I knew from the start that it was visually wrong and expressed this, she told me it wasn’t wrong and made me feel uncomfortable asking her to remake it. This was overall very disappointing because my coffee is the only consistent thing in my life and she ruined it for me.“
“They make steamers for kids here. Be aware that the only sugar-free they carry is vanilla, and if you indicate it is for your child, they don't reduce the heat unless you explicitly ask, which seems fair. Overall, it was a good experience, though there are no boosters or high chairs.“
“Broadway on the Rocks was a fun open bar on top of Broadway & Beacon Albertsons in Boise Idaho to enjoy live music. View was spectacular as #ShonSandersBand played soulful originals with classic oldies for a full crowd. Very enticing menu of both food and drinks, served with On Point staff. Debbie ran a tight group of servers that smiled and was happy to take an order that comes out quicker than e p3cted for such a busy night.. Absolutely a spot to stop if you get the chance to visit the Boise Valley. Not too far off of I=84 and close to many hotels for Business over nights or Returning home for a visit.“
“This is my favorite store! My orders are consistently made correctly. The service is incredibly speedy. I’m never in line for very long. The staff here is some of the nicest across all the stores. Even though it’s not along my usual route to work, I will take the detour and add 10 minutes to my commute for this location!“
“I recently visited this Starbucks location that's inside my local Albertson's and ordered a Salted Caramel Cold Brew. It was delicious and my barista was as friendly as it gets. Her enthusiasm, positive attitude and happy energy was an inspiring start to my day. It was obvious that she enjoyed working there and I'm sure others can easily say the same. “I like to go through the drive-thru to get a coffee before runing errands .and maybe to get some we coffee ground for my machine at home. The Vista Starbucks has my favorite decaffeinated coffee but you were out. I like decaffeinated espresso. I did get another decaffeinated one which was pretty good.“
“Good Starbucks, Google told me this one has a drive thru which it doesn't. Not a big deal, mobile ordered and my drink was ready super fast. Store was a little dirty, some visible trash, but it seemed like there were plenty of people working and service was efficient. I would return.“
“Usually, this place has good service, but ordering doordash they seem not to care about giving you what you ordered.I recently ordered a Gouda bacon egg sandwich and only received an egg with a piece of bread thrown in a bag. Seems like an employee needs training or fired. To toss my breakfast sandwich, with missing ingredients in a bag like garbage is unacceptable. Someone owes me a Gouda bacon egg breakfast sandwich. I didn't pay $6.95 for a piece of bread and a cold egg.peppermint mocha is my favorite, but since they no longer have this, I order a Cafe Mocha and add my own peppermint syrup. I recommend walking in or drive through. ?“
“My friend and I went to this Starbucks to enjoy a warm drink and chat in comfy seats. From the time we entered the cafe through the time we left this particular Starbucks, everything about it was tremendous - from ordering, assisting with choices, and promptness with our order. A young college student helped translate the writing as I forgot my eyeglasses. The perfect end of the visit to Starbucks was seeing family friends. Our tea was excellent and very hot, so be cautious. I will return to this relaxing Starbucks.“

“I love stopping by the Starbucks whenever I'm grocery shopping and have a Starbucks craving. The baristas there are super friendly and have given me so great drink ideas. I love that they're open from 7am-7pm so no matter when I stop at the store I can grab some Starbucks too. They've also gotten in such cute merchandise“
“I don't go to Starbucks often, but when I hear about something new that sounds delicious, I do like to try it before it goes away (some of them are seasonal/limited time only). And now that I researched this drink for the purpose of this review, I see that it's not new - it's just new to me. "Starbucks Pink Drink is a light and refreshing beverage that features the sweet flavors of Strawberry Acai Refreshers® with accents of passion fruit and acai combined with Coconut milk and topped with a scoop of strawberries." - - it looked fruity and creamy and fun. I was a little hesitant because of the acai - I'm not sure I've had it or like it, but the barista said if I didn't, she'd make me something else. She also asked my name - and played along with me when I said "Mariah Carey." I did not love the drink. The acai stuck out - like a flowery taste. I went back to the barista - who has the perfect barista personality and she said she could put some raspberry something in it, or some strawberry purée and proceeded to spend I think 3 tries of more purée and more sugar to get the drink to my liking. She even put it in a bigger cup because it was going to overflow the more she tried. She was a gem - happy, perky, accommodating, and super approachable. And the drink ended up being delicious!! .... even though it wasn't what it was supposed to be.“
“Right as we ordered there was a verry berry nice man that Awnsered.we came to the door and it was a Thursday so we got 50%off .they forgot to get the half of one one of my drinks so I kindly asked if they could just fix that and he was so kind and said so sorry and he was about to change it when he was like actually I’m going to give you everything for free.i said ig you really don’t have to and he said to bad It’s already free.i was so grate full,he even gave us the largest size of all my drinks!!he is so nice and it really made my daughter happy“
“I got a free large coffee for by birthday. I chose the iced pumpkin spice latte! It was delicious. I enjoyed while listening to the band Lauren and the Nostalgics which happened to be playing at the Albertsons where the Starbucks I went to was located! Great way to celebrate my birthday!“
“This Starbucks location is in the Fred Meyer on Overland Road. At this visit I got a berry refresher. It's was good. I like other locations better. The baristas aren't as peppy here as they are at others but I'm okay with that. Overall it's a Starbucks and I'm a fan of this franchise.“

They write the buyer's name on the cups but its hard to write my names if I dont pronounce to them! Great friendly people are working there.“

“I worked in this Starbucks in 2013. If you you are a customer, please know that the lone Barista is doing the job of 3 people with low pay and low tips or no tips at all. This is a Starbucks licensed store, which means it is not a corporate Starbucks, but Albertsons must adhere to Starbucks preparation of its products or they can lose their license. The attitude of the employee affects the way they are treated by their Store director, managers, co-workers and customers. Baristas work exceptionly hard at Albertsons, but their job title is dismissed as unimportant. The coffee shop is merely a convenience provided for the customer for added enjoyment while they shop. It is not a necessary part of the store, but a privilege and can be removed at anytime. I hope this helps the customers to have a more reasonable attitude when they order coffee at a Starbucks licensed store. Thanks for reading.“
“I don't normally choose Starbucks as my go-to coffee shop, but was needing a pick me up while doing my grocery shopping at Fred Meyer on Sunday. The older woman working (Karyn) greeted me with such enthusiasm and I felt how much pride she took in her work and service. The coffee was delicious and just what I needed, but I was disappointed to see another colleague (younger colleague in a beanie) verbally berating the older woman for taking time to talk with me. I don't need one more place that is going to hurry me out of line (not sure if this a Starbucks policy or a Fred Meyer thing...I hope its not the grocery store's policy). Karyn provided a great cup of coffee and a personable experience and she is reason enough for me to make time during my grocery trip to get coffee at Fred Meyer's Starbucks in future. She should be training all of their barista staff on how to treat customers. Top notch service.“
“I don't ever take the time to write reviews, but I felt this experience was noteworthy. I actually just called to find out the Starbucks employees name (Zoe) and personally thanked her and acknowledge how good my white chocolate mocha tasted. I was just in line behind two young girls that ordered 6 or 7 drinks (I lost count). “I love this Starbucks! They are heads above the other locations in Boise. I have been to several others. Service here is outstanding, super nice associates and the BEST coffees around! This is MY Starbucks! It's my go to favorite shop. Hot coconut milk hazelnut latte with an extra shot is my drink of choice. Flavor is consistent and cheerfully delivered.“
