They made our online order of sandwiches wrong (3 out of four) and when we brought it to their attention they made us go to the back of the in-store line before fixing it.Update: It got even worse.After we gave them the receipt to remake them they lost it.We finally received our correct order and the server blamed us because she doesn't know the difference between Italian bread and Italian Herbs & Cheese. The bread was dry and not the usual fluffy stuff we are used to at Subway.

The lady who took my order was pretty inattentive. I asked for a ham sandwich and she gave me turkey (I can't stand turkey, gross lol). I asked for vinegar and she put ranch, also gross in my opinion. I couldn't eat the sandwich and stupidly tipped 20% before I knew how messed up my order was. This was my lunch on a SUPER busy work day and I only have 30 mins (this took 15 minutes at least). Super disappointed and I won't be coming back to this location.

Employees do not follow directions. Asked me.three tomes what toppings I wanted on the #12, I said everything that comes with it. Bacon on both sandwiches is uncooked, and the eggs on the one were not heated. I specifically said everything BUT the bread heated up- twice.

Mia and Molly were a great help today, as they helped served me and my kids. They were very understanding as and we're very patient with my children. They gave us great recommendations and the sandwiches were great. Overall I would definitely come again !

The girl working at this locations tonight was extremely rude, hostile and prejudiced towards my wife and I. We are Muslims, and after our sandwich was toasted we asked the girl if she can change her gloves because she had touched pork products. She did change her gloves but she started mumbling, ranting and she was visibly upset at our request. We had never experienced this kind of treatment here and honestly this is very hurtful. She was rude and unprofessional and I hope subway takes this serious. I asked for a supervisor's number to discuss this and we were told that we should leave our number and the supervisor would reach out to us. We are very upset at this kind of behavior.
I'm not sure what the details were that led to the consideration that I was shown this weekend in the drive-thru, but I'm beyond Grateful, and I've also noticed there's been a great improvement in service in the past 6 months that needs to be taken note of! ????⚓⚛

Tried to walk in at 2 PM on a Saturday and the doors were closed when it says that they are open makes no sense at all to me very poor service and management.

This store always has their lobby closed even when there are 2 or 3 people working. They have on 3 separate times given us the wrong ingredients and drink, one time giving us the completely wrong sandwich. Management here needs to rework and retrain the people working here or keep a closer eye on the store. Would not recommend this store and would drive an extra 5 miles to go to a different subway.
