“Like all Happy Day restaurants, this location runs like a German train station. Well staffed, clean, great service, and always gives a good experience. The only reason I dock a star is because Happy Day restaurants tend to be a bit pricey when compared to other locations of the same franchise, and they are very stingy with the discounts. This location will reluctantly accept Arby's mobile-app deals for instance, but if you show up with paper coupons or vouchers that are expired, from a different location area, or simply that they don't recognize, you're often out of luck. This is contrary to other quick-service franchise locations that I frequently visit in Moscow (like McDonalds, KFC, and Taco Bell) who are very accepting of various offers and coupons I present. Discounts are one of the pillars of the highly competitive quick-service food industry. Franchise companies wouldn't constantly be offering them on their mobile apps if that weren't the case, and that fact simply is what it is. By not accepting discounts you end up sending potential customers elsewhere, and thus throw away dollars to save pennies.“

I was the first in line with a following that the Pied Piper would envy Open 10:00-2:30 am. BEST MAC N CHEESE!! I buy it and prep it up for a few meals for the weekend. Love the college town vibe during the academic year and more of the family vibe during the summer hours!“
“We has the chicken sandwich, $5.99, and we're very pleased with it. The fish was a large fillet, and the bun was very tasty, one step better than a regular hamburger bun. But the biggest surprise was the tarter sauce, not some sweet cloying tarter that's on everyone else's bun. It had more the sophistication of a real restaurant. We'll get it again! And as usual, this A&W had a very friendly clerk.“
“The two employees working in the store on Saturday 11/11/23 had to deal with with ingredient shortages and a packed store... Everywhere else was closed due to the natural gas being down. They were kind, courteous and extremely polite despite the circumstances. Made sure customers in the store got served before online orders. Very grateful for them. EXCELLENT WORK!!“
