Let me start this by saying, I have historically been a fan of Dickey’s. I don’t normally go out of my way to leave a negative review, but I’m very disappointed in my experience today. The first thing wrong in my visit was the complete failure of the employee to acknowledge my existence as I stand there for what felt like a couple minutes. She finished a few task while I waited. I do not recommend they need new management bad the place is gross its filthy !!!! Customer service sucked the food we got cold I took Mac and cheese back because it was cold traded it out for coleslaw then sat to eat the meat was ice cold took my daughter to the bathroom it was filthy trash is everywhere I got a refund and left do not recommend!!!

I came here for the first time in years so my kids can experience some good BBQ. They were out of ribs, spicy sausage, bone in and boneless wings.
