I came here for the first time in years so my kids can experience some good BBQ. They were out of ribs, spicy sausage, bone in and boneless wings. I understand restaurants running out of certain foods when they're busy, but it was Wednesday early evening and we were the only customers there the entire time. Hopefully next time will be better.***Edit*** We ordered and were charged for 1.5 pounds of brisket. It's barely over a pound even with the packaging. The amount of chicken we received in our 2 meat meal along with the small amount of fries is depressing. We had to drive back to the restaurant to get our other half pound.

Let me start this by saying, I have historically been a fan of Dickey’s. I don’t normally go out of my way to leave a negative review, but I’m very disappointed in my experience today. The first thing wrong in my visit was the complete failure of the employee to acknowledge my existence as I stand there for what felt like a couple minutes. She finished a few task while I waited. Not a mere “hi, I’ll be with you in a minute” or anything. It was almost awkward. She was not attending to anyone else, as the restaurant was basically empty. Finally, she asked what I wanted…Fast forward to the food. As others have stated, Dickey’s prices have gone up, yet service and food quality have gone down. I ordered: 2x - 3 meat plates. One with double brisket and pulled pork, the other with Jalapeno Sausage and double pulled pork. Each had a side of BBQ Beans and Mac and cheese. Additionally, I got an extra side of Mac and cheese and 1/2lb of brisket. All of this came to just shy of $70. Not exactly cheap. I get home and the brisket in my 3-meat plate is so fatty it’s not worth eating. The 1/2lb of brisket, is so dry it’s tough to eat without drowning it in BBQ sauce. Our BBQ baked beans are so smoky to the point of not being able to eat them. They were so Smokey that it almost felt like someone was trying to fake the smoke taste and accidentally over did it. To the point of hurting my throat. Literally threw them away. Lastly, the meat was cold. Not sure if it had been sitting out or what, but it didn’t taste, look, or feel fresh at all. I’m just so disappointed in food I got, it really feels like I could have spent $70 and gotten such a better meal. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I really hope it turns around. Based on my experience, I would not return and would not recommend. To say I was disappointed is honestly an understatement. Ended up paying another restaurant bill since our dinner from Dickeys was so poor. $70 for what I received is unacceptable.

I do not recommend they need new management bad the place is gross its filthy !!!! Customer service sucked the food we got cold I took Mac and cheese back because it was cold traded it out for coleslaw then sat to eat the meat was ice cold took my daughter to the bathroom it was filthy trash is everywhere I got a refund and left do not recommend!!!

Do not order Togo from this location, if you do verify everything before you leave. We ordered online and after picking up our food and driving the 15 miles home discovered that our side selections had just been replaced with 4 orders of baked beans (none of the potato salad or green beans we ordered), the bread selections were completely absent, as was the brownie my wife ordered and paid extra for. When I called they were just like "oh well, I guess we can refund the brownie." You guess? Oh wow, amazing job guys.

Food was good. The restaurant however doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a month of Sundays. The bathroom wall looks like it has nicotine stains rollin down the wall our feet sueaked from the stickiness of the floor. The windows look like a pack of hounds where rubbing there noses across them nd the tables were ALL sticky and had crumbs and othe debri left on them. I can go on about other things as well. I liked the food for what it was, fast-food oriented to bbq

I've been a longtime fan of Dickeys, but this time was bad experience. Prices have been raised, the soda fountain was out of order and worst of all my bbq was ice cold. I'll think twice about returning for another meal.
