I had an order to go, it was well over the time that my order was set to be ready. They waited until I physically picked up my order to pack my fries so they would be fresh. Despite being busy, this to me is great customer service.
Wow! WHY did it take me so long to try a burger at Five Guys? I don't know, but it's something I will repeat again and again! The burgers here are AMAZING--where you can choose your add-ons, including grilled mushrooms! (never had that as a choice with a burger) We also ordered a large fry. Not only was the cup filled to the brim, but they dumped lots more in the bag with our order! :)

Nothing special , I wasn't empress with the burger, French fries were OK.Cut down the number of fries and lower the price. I personally watch 5 people throw away a ton of them.
