I did not have a great experience here and when I tried to talk to someone about the multiple mess ups on our $300 order, we got offered a free fry and they did not take any responsibility for the issues. lol. we will not be using 5 guys for catering in the future. i will attach the corporate response & then the email i sent after they offered a free fry. they never responded after this.

If I could do zero stars I absolutely would Aaron was so disrespectful he didn't give me my cup when I ordered a drink and the food took forever to be ready, what's the point of "fast food" if you're gonna take forever to make it, it's not even that but they didn't need to be so rude and give us dirty looks, the employees all treated us horrible because we did separate ticket. Don't come here. period.

I like five guys because they usually have amazing customer service in addition to delicious food. This location does not meet those standards. The girls behind the counter were not only rude but shady and made me highly suspicious of what they might do to my food. I would not visit this location

Got a regular cheeseburger wasn't very good overcooked meat. Fries were good. Took a long time to get our order. 3 burgers 1 fry and small drink at least twenty minutes, and they weren't that busy inside.

My first time being very disappointed in Five Guys the prices went up and the food was very bad my meat patties will dry the mushrooms tasted like canned mushrooms it was a poor food.
