“Madd Capp Confections recently created 99 delectable cupcakes for the annual Zoo Boise Gala - Zoobilee. Not only were the cupcakes delicious and gorgeous, but the owner is a joy to work with. If you are looking for a small, local, talented baker - this is your spot.“
“I purchased Marion berry and mixed berry pies for my husband’s birthday, and they were a huge hit a with his pie loving family. Miss D’Arcys Marion berry pie has converted me to a pie lover too. They were decorated very nicely. After the successful birthday sweets, our family bought several more pies and sweets for another party and while I wasn’t there to enjoy, everyone was very pleased. I live out of state, but when we are back visiting family, we will be ordering these pies!“
“love going to the flying m! i have been going here since they opened and it's my favorite. the coffee is always great the bakery products are always amazing and the have plenty of seating. also they have a huge selection of items in the gift section! now that Nampa has grown they do get busy( not a bad thing) and would like them to do the ticket order like Caldwell does.“
“Messenger is where the cool kids are.Okay, update 2024:(Since I wrote that last bit when I was a silly thing in my early 20s)Seriously, Messenger is still probably my favorite pizza place in the world.Recently I brought my best friend here for the first time. He is totally a gourmet, his favorite food ever is pizza, and he's had a LOT of pizza in his life. He also told me this pizza is maybe the best he's ever had.I've been a frequent customer here since 2014, when I moved to the area for college. I don't live in the Treasure Valley anymore, but whenever I visit, this place is a must-stop.Their pizza is the very best. I am not going to try to describe it because you just have to taste it for yourself. But there are definitely points for their crispy crust, super sized slices (it takes 2 paper plates to hold one) and unique toppings.Love that they have have sourdough crust as an option for custom baked pies.Love that they support using non GMO ingredients.Their salad bar is amazing and all their ingredients are always so fresh and yummy.Love the funky, indie decor in here and the laid back atmosphere. They have a great beverage selection. They also have plenty of sauces you can help yourself to. Including genuine Sriracha.A few downsides to dining in:In recent times the music playing in the restaurant has been pretty annoying. It's very much loud, throbbing pop or rap music, which doesn't appeal to everyone's ears. The majority of the staff are very young, (as has been the case for years) and they seem to be more concerned with making money than with customer service. They definitely aren't particularly friendly or warm.Totally still worth it for the food.I'll be a loyal customer forever.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free crust available.“
“Portions were good, fresh ingredients, tasted is really good. I love the sauce assortment. For me personally I like my burgers a little more on the rare side. These are well done. The place was crowded and food was served pretty fast for made to order. My biggest issue is cleanliness. They really need some TLC. Be careful leaving, my wife is blind in one eye and didn't see the curb immediately out the door and fell. They really need hand rails. All said and done, I'll go back.“
“Food was very good. Great stop on our road trip to Park City. The lady at the front not very friendly. A simple smile would go a long way. If I lived in the are she alone might be a reason to not come back. The guy working there on the other absolutely awesome. Super friendly, attentive, and made you feel welcome. Have no idea how other pho places in the area is like but food wise I would recommend as a stop for some warm noodle soup.“
