“I came in last week its our favorite pizza! Hailey was our cashier and she greeted us before we even made it to the counter. After eating we went out the front door and were told to have a nice day by her as well. I normally don't comment but she was a fresh face when we have been ignored in the past by others. We look forward to her future interactions and hope shes there when we come back.“

My pizza artists never touched them when I was there but if they do have to adjust them its not very sanitary. Twice there’s been an issue with ordering or delivery but both times the person who answered my call was helpful and made the issue right to the best of their abilities which I appreciate greatly.“

“I just want to send a shout out to everyone working tonight at the 12th Street Dominoes. Using the computer to order my pizzas tonight there was a glitch of some sort and my pizzas said they had been delivered, yet at my house they hadn’t. I looked at my order and turned out it was delivered to our old house we haven’t been at for over 2 years. I immediately called explained that my dinner was delivered to the wrong address, the guy that answered, forgive me I don’t recall his name, was all about customer service. He jumped into action and remade my entire dinner (75 dollars worth) said it would likely be an hour and got us our order in just over 40 minutes. Thank you everyone that worked so hard to get it to the right address hot and ready to eat!!!!“

“I've lived in Nampa for years and only just tried this place. We got the Double Deluxe Pepperoni, it was so good! The sauce has such a nice flavor, the cheese is thick and I'm pretty sure it's real mozzarella and they put a little bit of seasoning on top. Will be a returning customer!“

“My family of four went to Smokey Mountain late Sunday night for dinner. Our waiter was the absolute best!! My husband and kids all had personal pizzas. My daughter’s plate was very hot and with her being so young he was worried about her burning her hands so he went back and got a cooler plate for her to use. He also noted that the bread that came with my fettuccine wasn’t as fresh so he brought me fresh out of the oven bread. He kept up on all our drinks and when it was time for us to pay he brought our ticket and mentioned that because it was Sunday, kids eat free. We had no idea!! Then he brought graham crackers baggies for our kids to enjoy on the way home. He was seriously the best waiter we’ve had in a long time and we made sure he got the best tip for how much effort he put into serving our table. I wish I could mention his name but I forgot to ask. When my husband asked if they had sweet tea to drink he said unfortunately no and how much he wished they did because he was from the south. The food was great but what really highlighted our experience was our amazing waiter!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! I came in with an issue, and every single employee treated me with kindness and respect. The manager handled everything quickly, professionally, and without hesitation, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free.

On top of that, the restaurant was spotless. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about both their customers and the quality of their business. My order is accurate. The employees in the store are always friendly. This location is definitely the better one.“
