Excellent all around, but go fast. They close doors mid May and reservations are filling up

One of the best meals I’ve had in this area. Appetizers, entrees, and dessert were great. Great ambience for a date night.

Mid-March here. The regional free weekly newspaper is promoting many restaurants across the area, so we found Fleur de Sel listed. We reserved a Friday evening time and were seated promptly in a fairly small dining area appropriately spaced. After a meal including an utterly amazing tempura appetizer, unique entres featuring duck and chicken, a very fine 2015 Sonoma wine, and delicious not-too-large desserts, we concluded few restaurants in our area are the equal for continental inspired (French) cuisine tuned for the Northwest palate. Very much worth searching out for a visit.

The best restaurant in the CDA/Post Falls area. We have been going since they open and the service, food, and atmosphere is always perfect and world class.

Wonderful and unique menu options. The airline chicken and duck confit were both delicious and cooked perfectly. Their bread is stellar! Staff was polite and efficient. Overall great experience!

This is another one of those locations that I probably shouldn't review; the restaurant isn't exactly tiny but it does frequently run out of reservation/seating (especially now with some reduced seating capacity due to COVID). As with any other place that is this good that I begrudgingly write a quick review on; the owners and staff deserve to have the world know about the wonderful restaurant they run. I'll start by saying the staff (including the owners who work the front of the house and the kitchen, respectively) are great. I have never had a snippy attitude, had to wait on refills/food getting cold waiting to get brought out from the kitchen/etc. Even better than the staff, however, is the food. Whenever I am in town I try to find a reason to eat dinner here (provided I can get a reservation!). I have had duck several different ways, pork, steak, soups, salads, baby octopus, and I can't even remember what else over the years. While I have my favorites (I don't remember the name but a seasonal braised pork dish, the duck, and a seasonal lobster bisque are my favorites), everything I have tried here has been expertly prepared. And please save room for dessert, you won't be disappointed. The overall cost of a three course dinner for two here plus a glass of wine each is about $100-120 in my experience. Certainly a fair price for the level of service and cooking provided at Fleur de Sel.

Easily our favorite restaurant in the northwest! Great French cuisine but with a mixture of something for everyone. The atmosphere was exquisite and very inviting, providing an unmatched level of comfort. The wait staff attended to every detail in an elegant fashion that brought smiles to our faces. The food...OMG...delectable, delicious, decidedly in line with any 5-star tag that can be placed on it!

OMG! I can’t even pick my favorite menu items! Their gnocchi will cause euphoric dreams. Their beef tenderloin brings an entirely new definition to tender. Their risotto is down right dreamy. Their owners and staff are unforgettably caring and attentive. This is a must for all visitors! Especially if you get a chance to attend a wine dinner. HEAVEN!!!

With out a doubt, Absolutely the best place I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The attention to detail, quality of food, the service, was the best I have ever experienced. My husband and I were both extremely pleased. I could not be happier with this place.

Top notch service. Was not expecting this place to be so good and so nice. The service was great the food was great. Sometimes certain flavors did not vibe with us but that's not their fault everyone has their own tastes and some flavors where awesome. Can't wait to go back to try more off the menu.

Fleur De Sel offers a spectacular ambiance that includes Sunsets and City lights from it's top of a mountain location. However, the ambiance is only an accoutrement to the deliciously creative menu and warm yet astute service. Truly an exceptional Northwestern experience. John Keighley
