The food is good but ordering online is not the way to go. If you order online while it’s busy you can expect to watch your food get cold on the back table while they help the people in the line. I even let them know who I was and that my food was right there and they let a bunch more people go through before just packaging it up. No grilled chicken or grilled steak. Settled on their Pollo Asado. It was good yet was then charged for grilled steak. Several visits now where they have been out of those menu options. I understand they may be popular menu items, however, prepare for that? Good food apologetic staff overall mediocre experiences.

Cafe Rio's enchiladas are the best. At least my favorite. It has a lot of cheese which I love, the sauce is very rich. The salad is also very good.Sometimes the service is a little slow, and the line is always very long, and you have to wait a lot.
