Cafe Rio's enchiladas are the best. At least my favorite. It has a lot of cheese which I love, the sauce is very rich. The salad is also very good.Sometimes the service is a little slow, and the line is always very long, and you have to wait a lot.

I normally love Cafe Rio, but this time it was very disappointing how long we waited for our food, as an online order, and when we got our food, it was colder than rexburg itself. The food was awful, just cold.

I just had the coldest, wettest, sadest tacos ever. I waited 45 minutes past the time I was meant to get my online order, which I could clearly see was just sitting on the counter. I don't get to eat out much, and I'm dieting. I saved up my calories for this meal, which let's be real, I'd rather eat a bag full of lettuce than the slop I got. Someone's gotta go in there and train the employees how to do online orders properly because I would have had fresh food and half the wait if I just stood in line.

The food is good but ordering online is not the way to go. If you order online while it’s busy you can expect to watch your food get cold on the back table while they help the people in the line. I even let them know who I was and that my food was right there and they let a bunch more people go through before just packaging it up. I think most people order online hoping that if they show up when the food should be done, they can be in and out quickly. It would have been much faster and my food would have been warm if I had just gone through the long line. This has unfortunately happened 3-4 times so I think I’ll have to go somewhere else if I’m needing takeout!

No grilled chicken or grilled steak. Settled on their Pollo Asado. It was good yet was then charged for grilled steak. Several visits now where they have been out of those menu options. I understand they may be popular menu items, however, prepare for that? Good food apologetic staff overall mediocre experiences.

I love cafe Rio! I always get a chicken quesadilla with the house sauce. Always delicious and definitely a comfort food for me!
The restaurant was packed but all of the staff were pleasant and nice. They worked really hard to get everyone’s food to them as quickly as possible while still having it accurate.
The food here is always great! Even though it's a bit expensive, it's still so very worth it. The workers there were so nice and kind! Always a great place to chill down and rest.

They never have fire grilled steak and won’t tell you until you arrive for your order which already takes over an hour to get even when ordered online. And then they lie about why your stuff isn’t ready. Terrible service and terrible
The Sweet Pork salad I ordered didn’t have any sweet pork. They just said sorry and never did anything to fix it. Really disappointing because I normally like their food.
