Food was good. Drive thru only had 1 car ahead of us. 4 behind. All 4 behind got their food while we were pulled forward waiting for ours. At least it was still warm.

Went to dine in and were told we were totally fine to order and dine in even though it was close to closing.Made sure to check before ordering so we knew if we should leave and find somewhere else to eat. But were told “no you’re fine don’t worry about it”Sitting there eating and a little over half way find that the burger is almost raw and pretty cold, pretty appetite killing. Then shortly after that we get a cold “greeting” from one of the employees “Uhm so our dining closed like 5 minutes ago so if you guys could leave that would be great”Nevermind the fact that we had been told we were fine to dine in for the meal. Should have found somewhere else to eat. Definitely won’t recommend or return anytime soon.

Just barely left Wendy's. The gentleman working on the drive thru on 2/25/21 at 11:40 was so friendly! He genuinely made me have a better day. The service was so so so fast. Good job!

Ordered a free JBC with my order, they even scanned the app, said they were waiting on it and made us wait, and then never gave it to us nor was it on our receipt. Don’t know where the communication went wrong but check your bags for app related stuff, can’t be too mad because it was free but I wish I would’ve ordered a sandwich they would’ve given me so I had one to eat haha

I prefer the wendy's on the other side of town. This one, the food is never fresh, they always mess up our order and their service is awful. They gave us cold fries and regular nuggets when we ordered spicy ones and then were rude when we asked them to give us the correct item.

Everyfime I come here they always forget something of my order. This wouldn't be a problem until today where i bought 2 of the frosty things for a friend. We checked the bag and they tow year frosty things were not in the bag The line was super long so we knocked on the door and they literally looked at me and ignored me, at least 2 workers. And it was snowing and no one answered the door. It was the rudest thing ever seeing them look at me and not answer. That should not be acceptable. Location Rexburg Idaho near Albertsons.
