Why can't Los Angeles be on this spots level? I mean all around phenomenal ice cream and they're not selfish with the amount they give. All the favors I've had were extraordinary: Huckleberry Buttermilk, Chocolate, Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Salted Caramel Brown Butter Cookie, Coffee. Their waffle cone was soft and delicious. Was in town over the summer and stopped by for a phone. Friendly staff and amazing ice cream! I'll be in town again next month and will definitely be back. I'm not usually big on ice cream in the middle of winter, but Panhandle is worth an exception!

Best ice cream around, by a long shot. If there is a line it is worth the wait. All of their ice cream is great, but the huckleberry is particulary delicious. And if they have waffle cones available you definitely don't want to miss out on those.
