“The Hydra never fails me. Have came many times. Oysters were huge and flavorful, Cucumber basil martini was refreshing, prime rib cooked to perfection (medium- rare). Then the carrot cake was delicious, moist, and big!Julia was prompt an attentive to me as a single diner. Which I always appreciate. Told me all the good specials. Then when I had questions about around town, she went and got a local employee to answer my questions.Clean tables, booths, and bathroom. Beautiful stained glass fixtures and accents throughout the restaurant. Easy listening classic rock makes it relaxing.“

“So they messed up on the Salad twice for my fiancé. They tried making it right both times. So far that’s the only bad thing. Ya it’s self serve, eh it’s a nice take on a restaurant. Is it for everyone no. But it’s fresh, clean and quality food. You are 100% not questioning what is in your meal like you would with McDonald’s. Price, let’s face it you sped 15$ at McDonald’s for a meal and you’re spending 18$ here for a burger. The difference, well there is no difference. This is a burger and McDonald’s is an interpretation manufacturer burger. Burp is all I have to say.“
“Incredible experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cocktails were creative and vibrant, each sip a little journey of flavor. The food was incredible, the only downside being that we didn’t have enough room in our stomachs to try everything. Will absolutely return again and highly recommend to anyone in the area.“
