We had high hopes for this place based on a love of Arctic Circles frequented many years ago. Being new to Star we were excited to give this one a try. We made our order at the drive-through and waited quite some time, but thought they would be cooking everything from order and our food would be hot and fresh. Then our food arrived at the window and was handed over to my passenger - there was no receipt offered but we trusted that it would all be in order. As we pulled away, my passenger commented that the food didn't seem as warm as one would expect a freshly cooked meal would feel. When we unpacked the bags of food at the table, we were severely disappointed - cold fries, lukewarm sandwiches and one of 4 missing. This was so disappointing we won't be going back.
