“Cozy restaurant with friendly service.Absolutely recommend. The pastry selection is gorgeous. Hard to choose. I ordered my favorite. Tiramisu. It was heavenly! The coffee was perfectly brewed.Hubby ordered soup. It was very good.Counter service with seats by the window or fireplace is nice. Regular restaurant service is available too.”
“The two giant capers served with the Louie salad are ridiculous and unappetizing. If something isn't broken, don't fix it! The small roasted capers were delish. Why remove them! Annoying.”
“Beautiful, peaceful, delicious. This place was wonderfully decorated with the surrounding sun valley mall. The ambiance was great. It wasn't too crowded. The beer and wine selection was great and the service was impeccable. We had the ravioli and garlic cheese. BRead to start and finished with entrees of chicken picatta and chicken marsala. This is the place to come for sports. We sat at the bar and watched some football without all the loudness of bars on main St. Great place to unwind and spend time with friends or family.”
“Great restaurant at the Sun Valley Lodge. Great food and service. I had the Sea Bass, very good. My wife had the Salmon dish and loved it. The Green bean appetizer was excellent. We love the history and pictures of famous people who have been there. After dinner drinks in the lounge was perfect as well.”
“We had THE BEST experience ever, at a restaurant! The service was next level! Amazing! Rick was our server and the most wonderful human. Food, let’s talk food… delicious! Enough said… eat at Sawtooth Club, and ask for Rick!”
“We had the pizza special and the duck confit. All the parts of the pizza were very good, but the combination was not the best choice. The duck was delicious and had great texture. However, the side was a bit mushier than I had hoped. The atmosphere was excellent and so was the service. Just wished the food was as good.”
“Yum!!! I love Rickshaw! Definitely stop here when visiting Ketchum. There will pretty much always be a long wait here because it's really small inside, but it's worth it I promise! Or get it to go. I've tried the Potstickers, Thai Chicken Sate, Chiang Mai Curry Noodles, Pearl Balls (Chicken Dumplings), and Caramel Pork Ribs. All of the dishes were super good and full of flavor! My favorite is the Chiang Mai noodles. I felt like it got better the more I ate it! And it's a pretty good amount of food. I literally drank the sauce when I was done! The ribs are great but have a pretty strong kick in some bites, so beware of that if you're sensitive to spice! The Chicken Sate is a great option too, because it comes with rice and the delicious Papaya Salad! It's nice to have the variety. I feel like prices are totally reasonable for the quality of food you get here. Highly recommend!”
“One of our favorite things is to find a " mom & pop" restaurant that cares about the entire experience and then nails the execution. At Cookbook, you are greeted by the owners, who seat you, answer your questions about their restaurant/menu, then take your order, etc. Tonight, this was followed by a great cup of sausage and kale soup, bison ragu with brocholini for me, squash bolognese for my wife, then the seven layer cake which we shared. All of these (except the cake) were piping hot and made with fresh produce and proteins. As for the cake, it was wonderful and the perfect way to end a perfect dining experience. The family atmosphere reminded me of meals I've had in small family run places in Ferringdon(outside London), Milan, Grenoble, Angier, Seville, Toledo, Madrid, and Augsburg, etc... Felt old school European, including the pride of ownership and the simple ingredients prepared well. If you find yourself in Sun Valley area, give this place a go, but might want to make a reservation as Cookbook is pretty small and filled up quickly tonight.Vegetarian options: Couple of options.”
“The ONLY place to go in the entire region that has great wine options available. Indoor by the fireplace Apres ski, and on one of the two outdoor patios in the Summer. 5 Stars!”
“Ask for the vegan menu! Everything was delicious and the service went above and beyond. Five stars!Dietary restrictions: Vegan menu! The waitress also recommended an off menu dish for us”
“Affordable, tasty, great for groups, and fantastic chips and salsa. The chips are the big round ones tike taco shells. The salsa is fantastic. They bring out refried beans with the chips too. I got the carnitas and was happy I did.”
“The Ketchum Grill was AMAZING! We had a fantastic experience from the moment we stepped into the restaurant; waiting for our table didn’t even feel like a wait with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Every single employee was extremely kind and helpful (shout out to our awesome waiter Treyvon)! The food was delicious and incredibly well priced for the quality. Each dish was beautifully served and tasted even better than it looked. And the atmosphere made it a 100/10 experience all around.”
“Grumpy's is a staple of Ketchum Idaho! You have got to go and hang out, watch the people pour in and order yourself enough beer to last. Love the wings and French fries too. Don't let the locals scare you away - they're usually pretty nice :)”
“Seriously good food. Don’t be put off by the exterior or interior. Carne asada is perfect. Their beans are incredible. Tacos served in fresh made tortilla shells. Great beer selection and a few on tap as well.”
“Super friendly staff and quick and attentive service. Beer was great too and had a lot to choose from! Only had the fries for food by they also were perfect. Thanks!”
“Kneadery is awesome, by far the best breakfast in Ketchum. of course it's really the only breakfast restaurant in Ketchum these days. it is really a very good breakfast/ lunch restaurant, it has been pretty much since they began.”
“I have NEVER been here, and I plan to after watching a YouTuber get pizza delivered by these guys. It wasn't even their own food, Antonio was the man and decided to take time out of his day and do it for them. Antonio is a homie and deserves so many great reviews. Hope to be there soon.”
“Excellent food, (love the chopped salad). Good selection of wine by the bottle or the glass. Limited but good selection of cheeses. The patio is a wonderful place to sit, weather permitting. The only problem can be getting your order in. The procedure is to order at the register as you enter and then take a seat. Usually there is only one register active. If there is a line, I don’t go in. Inevitably people have menu questions, in groups it takes a long time for the group to order.”
“This place is a true gem! One of our absolute favorite places to eat in Ketchum, and, in my opinion, the best Indian food in Idaho. They are always super friendly - it is a family business. The quality of the food never varies… It’s always absolutely amazing! There’s not much better than their delicious butter chicken on a cold snowy day! Definitely a place to check out just steps off Sun Valley Road in Ketchum. Support this small local business!”
“Loved it. At this time of year you need to go early if you want to sit outside. A nip in the air after the sun goes down. Good and service were outstanding. We shared the peach and arugula salad, and the flat iron steak. Which left room to share a dessert.”
“Cheap eats! They've been in business for almost 50 years and they know how to make great hot dogs. Friendly service. Located at the Warm Springs chair lifts area.”
“This was an amazing experience. The nighttime gondola ride alone was fantastic. They give you a blanket while riding up and down the gondola, which is a great touch. The Waite staff is beyond friendly, and the food was fantastic. Our favorite was the smorgasbord board.”
“We visited Aroma with a group of friends. It was a wonderful afternoon of great food, wine and fun! We started our lunch with one of the specialty pizzas. Delicious! Homemade hummus, fresh crab ravioli,, the beet salad and a perfect caprese made for an impressive meal. Juan, Tracy and all of the staff made sure we were well fed and happy. Thank you for a special day.”
“Really good food, really good beer. I got the flight of spirits and ended up buying a bottle of their whiskey. Good stuff. A little pricey for the chicken Caesar salad.”
“A hidden gem with fabulous food and a motto to slow down, relax and enjoy life. They take their time preparing your meal so you can do just that. The Pesole was spot on. Old El Paso tacos were flavorful and filling. The mushroom Reuben was unique and tasty. The waitress was laid back, yet very good at convincing us to experience dessert! It was a delightful find -don't miss out!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator”
“The Limelight Hotel in Ketchum is possibly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My family and I recently traveled to ski at Sun Valley and everything about Limelight is top class. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to the slopes of Dollar or Bald Mountain. The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are pristine. We plan on visiting Sun Valley for years to come and I cannot imagine staying anywhere other than Limelight!”
“I can't say best in ID because I'm not from the area, but I can say it was some of the best espresso I've had in loopong time. If you like coffee, this is a place you must stop. They really know what they are doing.Vegetarian options: Lol it's coffee”
“I used to work nearby this sub shop and every day I had off I would grab a sandwich from them. As a struggling celiac girly I thought I had died and gone to heaven when they handed me my regular sized gluten free sandwich packed with yummy. My boyfriend and I grabbed these before a hike, and my life is changed. My favorite sub shack ever. I'm devastated I had to move away. I'll miss the personality and life of this amazing shop! Thank you guys!!”
“Warm Springs is very similar to River Run- surprisingly good food made with quality ingredients. They have Pho here which is unique. The one event not to miss is Baldy Bash- the party at the end of the season. It is epic!”
“Sun Valley's The Ram is classic old school that will take you to another time. Piano music, great ambiance, fantastic food and service, it was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. Get the bisque! It was amazing!”
