“It's a darling little shop, very good sandwiches, in fact, really well thought out, but I didn't give them 5 stars because they aren't as friendly as they should be. Snooty. I just don't accept that in a little town like Troy. We've been there 3 times and by 2:00 they've run out of soup. Just a small but annoying thing.“
