Ordered pepperoni puffs which say they’re “hot and ready”. They were not hot and ready, waited 40 minutes and nothing, everyone else in there longer than me waiting had to start asking how much longer for them to even get their order which was just sitting in the back. Ended up leaving because an hour for something that is supposed to be hot and ready is ridiculous. There is only a few chairs and not enough room for people without chairs to stand out of the way.

Went in to order and met the nicest man named Kalvin. (I think is how you spell it) He made us laugh and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything fresh made and smells delicious. Thank you so much for being there. We know how tiring customer service work is and you were nothing but nice and still had smiles for us.

This place is always packed and I'm not really sure why, wait times take forever and my food is usually burned, it's unfortunate because I love little Caesars where I come from and I'm really not sure who's to blame or the factors behind the service here but I hope they can improve.

I came in and ordered a stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza and a soda. When I got home I went to get a slice and it was so undercooked and doughy that it was not edible. So I called the store and they said to bring in the pizza and they would give me a full refund and remake our pizza for free.So we did and 5 minutes later they gave us a pizza and a super bowl cup that they were supposed to give us the first time for spending 25 or more that the person didn't give us the first time. So we were happy and took the pizza home. Got home and upon further inspection of the pizza it was still undercooked and doughy and it was THE SAME PIZZA! They were supposed to remake it not just stick it in the oven and try to cook it again ( only to fail a second time). I'm happy for the refund and the free pizza but to lie and say you'll remake it and then just take the original messed up pizza and cook it again is just pure laziness. Not pleased at all anymore. Do better.

We called to order ahead, but there were no answers. So we headed there since it was dinner time. We were greeted by a young man named Benjamin. He has great customer service skills. They got us our food pretty quickly. I recommend this spot. They took care of us. The food was great.

We went and they didn’t had pizzas ready to go, but they said they would make it and it be better in 10 mins. It took a bit Longer, but sooo worth it. The pizza was delicious we ordered stuff crust and the regular classic and usually the stuff crust was perfect, since it’s usually super thin and super greasy. But I needed to give u guys a great review. Thank you for your service.

Update: order at least an hour + in advance for a pick up.Almost always need a pizza replaced for some issue.Poor example of a franchise.Most people in the lobby have waited for over an hour.

Someone from the corporate office needs to revoke this location from the franchiser and do some serious overhaul. Where is the manager or owner? Seriously, not a single adult was present.Props to the ONE kid making the pizzas, while the other 5 loudly goofed around in the back. 3 of the kids had hair past their shoulders, which is fine, but put on a GD hair net. But I’m sure it’s fine, right? They weren’t doing anything anyway.The pizza was hot but it is definitely not ready. Showing up to your online order appointment is not a good idea. Wait at least 30 min for it to be done.. Ordering at the register? Good luck. You’ll wait for 10 min just to be told “be with you in a min”. And then it’ll 20-30 min before you get the pizza.Why are your pizza heaters empty? If the kids in the back would work, you would have pizza hot and ready.. what a thought!?Am I crazy?I’ve had better and faster service at a downtown Chicago location (fully equipped with bulletproof glass) than I ever have in Twin Falls.The place is filthy as well just as an extra topping ???????

I placed my order using their app. If the staff knew how to use their own "pizza portal," my guess is that I might have received my order within 30-35 minutes. Instead, I had to ask twice about my order, with no sign of one of the items (1 of 3). Finally, after close to an hour after my order was placed, the cashier determined the three parts to my order were sitting in three different warmers, not in the pizza portal where they belonged. Ironically, the cashier complained about being short staffed, while one of their employees was standing next to Wendy's holding a flat board ad instead of helping serve an already-packed group in the same waiting pattern as me. Poor management. Poor use of resources. This Little Caesars needs serious help.

Strongly consider another pizza place before waisting your time and money here. You will wait at least 30-45 minutes whether you order online or order in person. I have never once been there when there is a hot and ready pizza that is actually available. When we do eventually get the pizza, there is more sauce than cheese, and the pizza just doesn’t look appealing.

Literally the worst little Caesars I have ever been to. They never have hot and readys no matter what time you go in, order online thinking an hour in advanced would be plenty of time got there to pick up my order and ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes. Then get home with the food and the pizza isn't cut and breadsticks are all burnt. Someone needs to go in and get this store together.
