Went to the pick up window for my carryout order, no body acknowledged me or greated me. waited 10 minutes and ended up going to the order window to get my order. This is the third time I've purchased from this establishment and each time my experience has been like this. I don't mind waiting but the lack of customer service makes the experience poor. The employee at the order window was polite, attentive, prompt and helpful. Pizza is always delicious, the best in town.

Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight... 1/2 Blaze and 1/2 hawaiian. But sadly the Hawaiian came with no pineapple on it. So that half of the pizza was super salty and didn't have the pineapple to help balance out the salt. We ended up not being able to eat that 2nd half. I tried calling the store 4 times over the next hour and all I ever got was an answering machine. Super disappointed in this. I understand mistakes happen and was willing to contact them in hopes they made it right... but couldn't even get ahold of them.

I travel 250 nights/ year for work and this is hands down the worst pizza place. Rude staff and egregious food. Go to Little Cesars for the same quality pizza at a fraction of the price.

Had small Supreme and it's the best pizza ? in twinfalls. Both the wife and loved it. Plus it repeats well as a leftover.
The other night my family and I came to eat at the Smokey Bone. After waiting 30-45 mins for our food my kiddos hated their grilled cheese from there...so I went to the pizza place inside the same building and told the man working the counter that my kiddos wouldn't even eat their food and hated it. He gave me 2 huge pieces of pizza for free for my kiddos! They loved the pizza and it made our whole night! Thank you so much and we will definitely be going back...maybe when it isn't a busy weekend so we can find seating and without such loud commotion because it is basically a huge indoor food court with several vendors.

Went in to grab a quick slice of pizza. they had no line I walk up to two slices of pizza in the warmer. One pepperoni and one cheese I ask for the pepperoni and I’m told I can’t have that it’s already reserved. How is a single slice from the display that you sell single slices reserved? Anyway pizza is way to mediocre for the attitude I was given over asking for a slice.

Extraordinary service from Colin! ?A thread:Wife and I were traveling from Reno to Yellowstone. We thought we’d be smart and order a pizza ahead and pick it up on our way through just before closing time. ? But when we ordered we were unknowingly in a different time zone! So our pizza was ready an hour before we got there. ? Colin insisted on staying late to give us our pizza when we arrived 45 minutes after closing. I was blown away by his kindness! ? And the pizza was amazing! It was still piping hot and so delicious that I couldn’t resist burning the roof off my mouth. But it was worth it. I can’t recommend Lucy’s and their manager Colin enough. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
