I stopped in for dinner at Famous Dave’s on March 28th with a couple of buddies. I’d never been and had to try their bbq - and it was delicious! Highly recommend the brisket nachos, and if you go on a Thursday, their Rib Tip platter is fantastic.The service was incredible too. If you go, ask for Steph. She made sure we were taken care of, went out of her way to share her recs, and even brought the manager by to say hello - really cool guy! Couldn’t have asked for better service.Will definitely be back soon!

My family and I have come to this location for several years now, and the experience is always delightful, from the food to the service always exceptional. I would like to thank most of all Andrea C. for the above and beyond service and always have a cheerful and welcoming personality. She is very attentive and also informs us on the new specials Famous Daves has during the month. I would have to say if it wasn't for Andrea C. And her smile, Famous, would lose some of its luster.

We drive out to this location even though we have the North Riverside location close to us. The food is hit or miss, we went a few weeks ago for lunch and it was really good, I had the ultimate burger which was juicy and delicious, my family got two meat combos of ribs and hot sausages which was also very good. Food came out quick and hot, our server was also on top of everything. We went again last night hoping to get the same hot and delicious food but we were disappointed, I got the same burger and it wasn't the same, very dry and tasted as it sat for a while because it wasn't as hot as I remembered. My family got the family feast and that was also disappointing, the sausage didn't taste the same, the roasted chicken was different too, I don't know if it sat there too long and by the time we got it , it had cooled down. We did wait a longer than last time and I think that had something to do with it. Our waitress was alright got sat down and ordered our drinks, we needed a few minutes and we waited and waited until she finally came almost 15 minutes later, it wasn't that busy at the time. I'm guessing it depends on the cooks or time of day you decide to go. I will go again because we prefer this location, but if the food doesn't improve will have to go elsewhere for barbeque.
