Open, very, summery atmosphere! Feels like you're grabbing dinner on vacation to places like Palm Beach or Miami. Such a great place for a brief escape from Chicago winters. Elegant but still casual. Bright colors, nothing dark and dingy like several if the more old school Italian restaurants. Food is excellent! A good variety. Lucia Rose has it all. Outstanding service. Excellent menu choices and the food is fantastic. Very cool vibe, too. It's a 12 out of 10. We quit going to Chicago a few years ago to dine at wonderful restaurants. Lucia Rose is definitely that level without to city problems.

This restaurant has the best Italian food I've had in a long time. If you haven't tried it, you need to. It is on the expensive side but worth it. We went there for a date night.
