I recently visited this restaurant on December 14th of last year for my friend's birthday celebration. Despite being regular customers, we were denied dine-in service and had to settle for takeout. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing—undercooked chicken with no flavor. When I called the next day to address the issue, the manager was confrontational and made inappropriate remarks about my ethnicity, saying “I remember a Latino man and some girl”. I was sick at the time, and I had to make a huge effort to speak, the argument was to the point of me yelling and saying I am Latina as well and we like our food well seasoned and well cooked. He kept being disrespectful and showing a lack of professionalism and customer care. Saying “Why would you expect the money back or for a new order to be prepared a while 24 hours later”, Mind you we were the last customer to order food the day before, so my response was, I work so I couldn’t come in or call earlier. Despite returning the food to the store, I received no refund. I threatened him with a bad review, but that’s only when his tone changed saying “Don't get mad give another chance he processed to ask the cashier to take my name phone number to get a discount on a future order for my friend's order and for now I order it would free. I no longer want a replacement nor want it at this point. Overall, a highly disappointing experience, and I would caution others considering dining here."

Really good food. However, I got the pick two bowl today and was a little disappointed at the portions of the meat. 15 bucks should get a bit more than a small spoonful of schwarma and one strip of kefta. Otherwise delicious. I’ve had the wraps in the past which are also really good.

My wife and I used to come here fairly often, and we USED to be really happy with the food and service. Unfortunately it's gone down quite a bit. The prices went higher and the quality control of the food has suffered. The last few times we've been the meat has been drastically over cooked and the salad has been soggy. The service has also become poor. The young staff members are incredibly rude and impatient. Unfortunately, these things are causing us to not want to return.

used to come here all the time. unfortunately, the staff couldn’t care less. i’ve had multiple issues ordering the falafel burger (posted that it comes with HUMMUS in the store sign) it apparently comes with your choice of tahini or garlic sauce, that info is only posted on the website. after multiple messed up orders and frustrations i quit coming. not worth the headache at all. change your falafel burger sign and train your staff better. they pretend to be vegetarian/vegan friendly but they are absolutely hostile. you will be served dairy if you can’t have it.

Talk about being catfished... $14 for a gyro with 5 pieces of meat, no fries and no drink with the smallest amount of sauce that you could imagine. Never again in my life. This shouldn't even be legal.

Regular here, but I might stop coming here they have recent changes that are very inconvenient.You can order online even after going in there a few times and explaining that I pay cash, and I don't want to wait 15 minutes when I get there. Or if there is alot more people even longer.Girl Cashier at night has an attitude.

Very disappointed in the staff here at this restaurant. Loved coming here, but because of the attitude of the staff we might not return. The website and signage on the door says they are open until 10pm tonight and when we arrived at 9:30 they tell us they are closed because they shut the grills down for the night. Why are you shutting down the grills before you close?? That’s crazy. What a loss of revenue. They also don’t take orders over the phone which makes it hard to place an order ahead of time to just grab and go. Very unfortunate experience.

Steak shawarma fries were really good. Meat was tender and flavorful.Chicken shawarma bowl was more bland than I expected, and tbh wouldn’t get anything with their chicken shawarma meat again. Presentation and service was great, but the chicken shawarma was disappointing.Would come back for the steak and to try the kefta, chops, ect.

I ordered the falafel burger and it came without the hummus, so I asked them to give me a small side of it. They said that they would have to charge me for it since it didn't come on the sandwich. I pointed out that their sign says it comes with it and they said that it didn't matter and that the falafel burger doesn't come with hummus. After arguing with me for a few minutes and refusing over and over to even acknowledge their mistake, one of the staff members begrudgingly gave me a small cup of hummus. I've attached a photo of the sign that is clearly posted right above the counter.The food was great when I finally was able to get what I wanted, but the service left much to be desired every time I've been here.Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options, but you have to be careful about how you order. Their answers make it seem like they aren't really sure what is and isn't vegan there.

An unnecessary passive aggressiveness. Their lunch specials can’t be seen on their website, so I put a comment asking about it. Immediately I was called and at first I was told they didn’t have it then the girl said that yes they do and they can change it. I said great. She asked if I was okay with the price difference, and I said yes. We were both under different assumptions: I would get a refund, they assumed I was going to pay the initial price. I wasn’t rude at any point, I just explained I was under the assumption of a refund and the cashier says with an attitude, “I did ASK you if you were okay with the price.” I told her I was sorry, I didn’t ask the right questions. I also wasn’t properly warned. When I went to pick up the order and I received a cash refund and told “Not to do that again,” despite being apologetic on the phone. What I’m trying to say is no one was right but the last comment was unnecessary. As someone who’s worked in food service, I wouldn’t do this.Edit: They’re to their.
