Thursday 5/27 from 9:35 to 10pm and Saturday 5/29 from 9:00 to 9:15pm they refused to answer their phone. Auto attendant answers and then a message plays in a loop but no one ever picks up. So disappointing, used to be the best pizza in Addison for 30 years +.

I started going to this place last year. My job use to order from here. I spend between 40 and 50 bucks each time i purchase pizzas and was pleased with the food but, every time i go there l'm never greeted or thanked. I just purchased food on 05/07/21 and the old lady and young man let me stand at the counter for mins and never said i'll be with you or anything and once i paid the lady she never thanked me, she just said here's your receipt. I said you welcome. Hopefully she caught on. I know you don't care but, you lost a customer and take my advise and treat all your customer alike.

Called Uncle Pete's to order a 16 in pizza. It took an hour and a 1/2 to come to the house. The pizza was frozen and harder than rock. I called them back and said we ordered sausage pizza which came to us as a cheese pizza. The employee says no we didn't and instead of taking care of the problem he starts to argue that we didn't order sausage. Service was horrible as I am living Addison and has been buying pizza from them since 1974. Need more people skills.

Place has the worst hours during the week so all the local guys go to the other pizza shops around. 3pm to 10pm is not great hours.

I have never been so disappointed with my order. I ordered a $30 specialty pizza for it to arrive at my house burnt. I instantly called and complained to the order taker. He had accused me of requesting my pizza "extra crispy." I would never ruin my pizza like that! He goes on to saying they could send a new pizza, I told him I had already waited over an hr and there is a snow storm which would take longer. The order taker than suggested $5 off my next order, I have a coupon

I'm reviewing my reviews and it's been 11 years since I awarded a 5 star for Uncle Pete's. I will never forget eating Uncle Pete's pizza on Thursdays when I was in junior high at Indian Trail. It was a once a week thing they did. It got me hooked until I relocated in 2014. I was in the area and saw they moved to a new location. I looked at their website and noticed the family that owned it for a very long time sold it. Oh well, I'm sure the new owners purchased the recipes and vendors with the name, right? NO I would prefer a frozen pizza. I would have overlooked the service if the pizza was what it was but it wasn't. I ordered over the phone ahead of my pickup but even though I arrived after 40 minutes (I was told 30-35 to be ready) it looked like my order wasn't made yet. So I was in a patient mood and waited and watched. Yes, the front end employee was stressed. The young pizza maker was behind but not putting forth any extra energy to catch up. I started to wonder if they were family of the new owners and thrown into running this place without having prior experience. That's probably it. Sucks that I won't be able to get that good Uncle Pete's anymore.

So tonight I went in to pickup 2 pizzas. Clearly under staffed on New Years Eve but so be it. The poor girl answering the phone was certainly carrying the place on her shoulders and I felt for her. I'm a patient person so I waited over an hour for a pizza that they said would be done in 25 minutes. While I'm waiting there, the cook making the pizza's decided to take off his mask. I stood there in disbelief. Maybe it broke? Maybe something happened? Nope. He took it off and I watched him proceed making pizzas, putting cheese on them and pulling pizzas out of the oven. This was going on for minutes before I was able to sound the alarms to the girl taking orders. UNACCEPTABLE PETE'S. SHAME ON YOU. I asked for my money back and refused my pizzas. Besides the girl yelling at the mask-less cook, no one said sorry. No one said boo. I will never be back and I hope someone that has any sense reading this will make a change.
Positive vibes from the staff, and the thin crust pizza is on point. Cheese is very rich, the ingredients seemed quality and I'll definitely go back. Enough said.

Stopped in here to get some fried samplers for my gf I was helped by a girl named Carrie I think and she was really good juggling multiple orders at once and created a great customer service experience for me and my gf. Thank you for excellent food and top notch service great cook there too very positive and happy staff definitely try this place out!!!! If you are wondering about it
