Amazing food and service walked my order out to me politely and respectfully even though I dined in and the chicken sandwich was WAY better than I expected as well as the vanilla shake 5 stars all around!
The food was good no complaints there. BUT!!! Cleanliness of the entire place is questionable along with the staff appearance. The staff members shoes were extremely dirty, place is greasy and dusty bathrooms need ton of TLC. Not acceptable for a food serving establishment.

Ever since we went to Nashville, we’ve been looking for a good hot chicken place around here. We decided to give this place a try, no regrets whatsoever. The employee behind the counter was friendly and offered us a sample of the supa hot because we thought we were tough enough to take it on, we were not. We went with the medium and hot. The food was reasonably priced, tasted amazing, and the their 24K sauce tasted so good with literally everything. And we have leftovers for tomorrow! More than satisfied.

Oh my god just go here. Chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and the perfect amount of spicynessss to go with the freshness of the coleslaw ! Got mild chicken with fries and the fries were so crispity crunchy with the perfect amount of seasoning. The 24k sauce is the sauce of 2024!! Idc that it’s February it was so good I don’t need to try anymore sauces for the rest of the year. Genuinely this place is a million times better than Dave’s. I luv byrds !! SKATE OR FRYYY!!

This review is NOT based on the food.I visited this location with my family over the weekend during January and as soon as we stepped inside, we noticed how cold it was. It seemed like there was no heat turned on. There were 4 other people eating inside and all of them had their jackets on. The cashier was wearing a t-shirt.We eventually decided to go elsewhere where the interior ambience was a bit more pleasant and most importantly warm!If you want to attract new customers in a crowded environment, I suggest a more inviting and pleasant interior experience so your guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
Byrd’s hot chicken is so good! Ordered 3 tenders, 2 medium and 1 hot. I also ordered the two for $10 chicken sandwiches.The tenders were really good size and the chicken was tender and juicy. The breading was light and had a really good flavor. The medium level had minor heat but the hot definitely jumped up but in my opinion I like the hot. The 24k sauce was a nice compliment to the tenders. The fries have a really good seasoning on them. Parth S. was our server and did a great job with customer service and taking our orders. Overall the tenders were great and I look forward to returning.VISIT 2: Had to come back to Byrds after a visit to the newly opened Dave’s Hot Chicken the day before and I my pick is Byrds. The chicken tenders were more juicy and tender, were larger in size and the breading was also much better at Byrds. I know what my pick going forward in Algonquin will be Byrd’s!
