“We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

We are seniors and usually order the Choose 2 off the menu which is just enough for a good lunch choice...a half sandwich and a cup of soup. “Ordered in drive thru. Asked for spicy nugget combo and said didn’t exist and didn’t let me choose my sauce and messed up my order. I got crispy and not spicy and the chili didn’t come with anything. They gave me one packet of hot sauce like I didn’t already pay $10 for a combo that wasn’t correct. Have your staff take over or listen in to the drive thru cuz that’s ridiculous“
