It was Easter and the husband and I found ourselves no where to go. Plans fell through last minute so we decided to take a ride and see what was open. Longhorn was open and to oursurprise not a long wait. Michelle was our hostess and such a sweet thing. The food was amazing I had the 3 pork chops with brussels sprouts and husband had the chop steak. Everything was made exactly as ordered.Try LongHorn if you are looking for that step up in steakhouses that won’t rob your wallet.

Our waiter, Dan, was exceptional! He attentively addressed our every requirement and radiated a cheerful and lively spirit while doing so! Observing his professionalism was delightful, especially since many establishments we visit appear to overlook including such service in their training. And indeed, the food was also fantastic! My most recent experience has me wondering if something has changed. I ordered 6 oz filet and baked potato. The potato was cooked but luke warm at best and the filet was barely a filet. If it was 6 ounces, I would have been surprised. Another person ordered ribs and sent them back also because they were not hot so was our food just sitting waiting to be delivered. I also noticed the pork chops are now 3 boneless vs previously ordered bone in and was 2. Our server was adamant that it’s always been this way. If I go back, I will be much more cautious on my meal.

Brad at the bar does a fantastic job chatting and laughing with his customers. This restaurant has great food, excellent people serving customers. This is rare in restaurants today. Horrible experience with the manager Amber. Zero ability to recognize a bad situation brought on by her own choices. Zero ability to problem solve or find any amicable solution. Zero care for the restaurant’s customers, and only a statement that she has an entire restaurant to run and no time to deal with issues. I was shocked at the blatant lack of care. I would not recommend visiting this location. On the bright side, my kids thought Amber was so ridiculously bad that they wrote a hilarious song about her, and we made the most of a bad situation. I would give negative stars if that was an option.

17 people from our residence had dinner at your Algonquin location. We have been here before as a group and had a great experience. This time however was not great. The food was good, the waitress did her best. We had asked for 3 tables but they seated us all at one long table. Took our orders for drinks and food, brought the bread but we had to ask for utensils 2 times. After we finished eating the plates were never cleared away, our bills were brought without dessert being offered. It was like they just wanted us to leave. We are thinking we will go to Jameson's next time. We enjoy going out to dinner, we behave ourselves. You have lost these seniors as customers.

Food was delicious. I got the 6oz sirloin with the redrock grill shrimp and mashed potatoes. Everything was hot, steak was cooked perfectly to order. My husband got the ribeye and baked potato, also cooked perfectly to order. There was a long wait and they don't accept reservations but service was fast and attentive when we were able to sit.
