The day will not be right if I did not share my experience concerning Susie at dinner tonight. she was simply amazing!!! she was so attentive, friendly and informative. I was so indecisive but, she knew exactly what I needed. Customer service A1 on a scale from 1 to 10 I give her a 20
Our waiter, Dan, was exceptional! He attentively addressed our every requirement and radiated a cheerful and lively spirit while doing so! Observing his professionalism was delightful, especially since many establishments we visit appear to overlook including such service in their training. And indeed, the food was also fantastic! It was Easter and the husband and I found ourselves no where to go. Plans fell through last minute so we decided to take a ride and see what was open. Longhorn was open and to oursurprise not a long wait. Michelle was our hostess and such a sweet thing. The food was amazing I had the 3 pork chops with brussels sprouts and husband had the chop steak. Everything was made exactly as ordered.Try LongHorn if you are looking for that step up in steakhouses that won’t rob your wallet.
