This vending company is a bunch or crooks!!! Machines always steal money or not give you what you pay for. I've been using my applepay and it's taking $5 for 1 bag of chips. They aren't very helpful when you call and they aren't very willing to reimburse!!
Hopefully this motivates this business in changing its handling of inbound calls. Attempted several numbers listed on their site in hopes of reaching someone in sales. As a motivated potential new customer, response time and ease of service is extremely important. One should not have to jump through hoops just to get a live person on the phone when wanting to bring you new business. Being told on 3 occassions that no one was available at 10a on a Monday? Machines only work 50% of the time. When it does work, they overcharge you, and I’ve seen a few micro transactions happen on my bank statements as well. Steer clear from these machines!
