“Food is good, however lately the fires haven't been the best. Missing salt or sometimes too soggy or both. Best part is honestly the service. They are quick, give service with a smile and very direct when it comes to confirming the orders before handing it off to the customer via the drive-thru window.If I'm eating in, the place is very very clean and I know someone is using a scent spray cause it smells like burgers and flowers everytime!The washrooms are always spotless or being cleaned I believe after each customer uses it. Very attentive.I'm uncertain why alot of people don't come here as often, it doesn't look dirty like it used to. The staff is so friendly. Burgers are never dry. I love the family nature of this business and it is a black owned family owned business with top quality service and fresh ingredients. “This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“

“Hopefully the franchise owner can see this.Both times- it has gotten completely packed Mashallah.I’ve always been someone to go to Starbucks ( prior to boycotting ) and other Americanized coffee shops and specifically enjoying the aroma and level of QUIETNESS or should I say INSIDE VOICES while working on some things on my laptop.But that’s just NOT the case at these places- and I’m not the only one sitting with my laptop doing work!!Why does the fellow brothers and sisters gather at coffee shops like it’s a family reunion and get so loud? I thought it was so rude seeing people freely put tables together to fit their party of 10 and stay there for hours while other individuals or couples can’t even pop a squat.I know many will probably tell me to go to the library or stay home if I want quietness and I think after these experiences I might just do that!It would be nice to enforce some kind of mutual respect for others or for coffee shop owners to create a quiet space for those that way to work on their work quietly while enjoying the environment ?I don’t have the desire to be a business owner but someone please take my idea and do it. LolOverall 5 stars for food / drinks and service but atmosphere needs to improve or else just be a restaurant, not a coffee shop.Rant over.“
“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“
