“Eden Y Alex know what's going on in pizza town. It's almost like they never even tried making tacos before. They have been Making pizza on their own since they were just children in their hometown of Jalisco in the michochanna region. Now they are living the fast city life over in blue island trying to make American pizza business dream come true. Pizza is very delicious tasting and comes with cheese and sauce.“

“This is my neighborhood go to taco spot. The food is affordable and good. If you are unsure what to get, just get the 3 taco meal for 9 dollars. It comes with a pop and fries. I normally get a steak taco, chorizo taco, and chicken taco.Parking: The lot is small but there’s always spots.“
“When I first moved out here from the city, I was so sad that I couldn’t find good Lengua tacos and finally we got some good lengua tacos out here!!My husband is very picky with his asada and he devoured his burrito. “We got 2 tacos de asada, 2 tacos de Al pastor, and 1 torta de asada and all of it was delicious. Al pastor is spicy and delicious. Don’t ever change that it reminds me of the 26 street days of getting spicy Al pastor, years ago. Asada was awesome and smacking. 10/10 keep up the good work. Talked to the owner and was super friendly. Great service. Food was a 10, for me and the salsa was on point. Definitely give this spot a try. I will be back for the Al pastor and food, absolutely delicious.“

“Hidden gem! Tacos are full of incidents and full of flavor. Al pastor are side by side with the Al pastor from atotonilco. Asada tacos are delicious as well. Only thing I wish they would do is not chop up the asada into so small pieces. Other than that, visit this place and enjoy the great tacos! I wish I could give half stars because it definitely deserves 4 1/2 stars out of 5!“

“We pass this place plenty of times, when we went for tacos around the corner of it. Decided to stop in to give it a try. This is our new taco place! Steak, Pastor, Cecina and chorizo tacos are delicious! Carnitas they sometimes have on Sunday are the bomb. Pozole is delicious. Can't forget the nachos w/steak louded, couldn't wait until I got home, munched on them the whole way home.“
“I usually don't leave any type of reviews unless I am personally moved by the establishments. But this little restaurant just personifies the current aged and melancholy sense of the American Dream. People work very hard in order to flourish here in the states. And often times are given the short end of the stick all while still pushing on and doing their very best with what they have.Long story short. We ordered online through a third party and the restaurant had no capability of retrieving the order because they no longer did business with them. They struggled to get anyone in contact who could help so they decided to do the honorable thing and took it upon themselves to cater to our personnel at my workplace to make sure we got what we had paid for even if that meant it came with a potential loss. The employees are kind, thoughtful, and evidently very hard working. Always bustling through, doing whatever they could to help the kitchen. The kitchen staff worked as the heart of this place to fly out orders as soon as possible. You can TELL these hardworking people have a passion in what they do. That it matters to them. I truly hope that they are able to get this issue resolved because otherwise they were a pleasure to do business with. The food was also very and I mean VERY delicious. Give it a try, you will be in good and very capable hands.“

“This is another stand of El Becerrito (I see another reviewed on Yelp in Uptown). I think I've noticed them driving by before, but more recently this past Friday after the bitter cold two days, I was reminded that I should make a stop. I think the stand is here primarily Mon-Fri and they start in the mornings I believe, early enough for breakfast. Street was clear enough this morning that even if you were driving, it should be easy enough to park and pickup. Tacos are $2.50 each and come with onions and cilantro if you choose, and your choice of red or green salsa. A lime is thrown in on the side and you could eat there fresh or get it to go. They put it on a styrofoam plate for me to go with foil - next time I'll just have them foil it. Great option for a quick pickup on a street full of tacos (you can get cabeza at some of the other local taquerias).“

Just put down 7 mixed and I figure to be hitting this place 2x a week The food is outstanding! And they take credit cards unlike the Chicago Ave location!. The service is great and the staff is friendly. They even have specials for certain types of tacos! The ambiance is really chill, it's a nice neat storefront location with TVs to watch.
