Every time i go to mobile pickup I end up waiting 20 minutes even when my order says it's ready in the app. Also, 75% of the time the order is wrong or missing something. Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's location.
Most of the time, the staff is friendly. They can't really get your order right unless you do the mobile order. Sometimes, you open your sandwich, and it's so sloppy that you have to take it back. We all know they wouldn't be ok getting a burger where the top bun is smashed on the side ,because it wasn't on the meat to start with, so of course then the ketchup is every where and just opening the sandwich makes a mess on you.
