I am the very last person to complain about a business because I totally understand things happen. However, this is a health hazard. Got home with a chewed up piece of bubblegum on our fry container touching the rest of our food. Called and complained and the response was, “Well, that’s weird.” I had to push for a refund and they will only do it if I drive back into town with the food. So, make sure you check your fries for gum.

25 minute wait after I parked for a mobile pick up. Forgot a double cheeseburger. Dbl bacon quarter pubder with cheese had no bacon. Put the sundae in the bag with the now cold fries. I don't know what is wrong with this place but get it together.

Every time i go to mobile pickup I end up waiting 20 minutes even when my order says it's ready in the app. Also, 75% of the time the order is wrong or missing something. Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's location.

We sat in drive thru waiting on someone to take our order while the other lane kept going. We had to say hello 10 times to get someone to respond. Terrible customer service. The management needs to be changed out. This is not the first bad experience.
