I have never had such bad customer service! The pizza was over an hour late and then showed up wrong. When I called to let them know the order was wrong I was immediately told that I was wrong and I could be mad but it was my fault. Last time I'll be ordering domino's.

I ordered a large pizza. I received mushrooms rather than jalapeños. That really wouldn't have been such an issue had it not been for the short HAIRS that each of the three people eating it got in their pizza. Literally, 3 out of 3 of us had hair in our pizza. When I called, there was no apology. The assistant manager said, "I understand ", there was a long pause and that is when I was offered a refund but had to drive the disgusting hairy pizza back myself.

This is not a positive review.Oh how things change! I've steadily watched the quality travel downhill. Multiple times now, I've had to wait nearly 2hrs for carryout. On my last attempt, I ordered online for carryout. Nothing crazy, just a couple of pizzas and some stuffed bread. That was at 530pm. I show up at 630(a little late) nobody can find my order.
