I have never had such bad customer service! The pizza was over an hour late and then showed up wrong. When I called to let them know the order was wrong I was immediately told that I was wrong and I could be mad but it was my fault. Last time I'll be ordering domino's.

I ordered a large pizza. I received mushrooms rather than jalapeños. That really wouldn't have been such an issue had it not been for the short HAIRS that each of the three people eating it got in their pizza. Literally, 3 out of 3 of us had hair in our pizza. When I called, there was no apology. The assistant manager said, "I understand ", there was a long pause and that is when I was offered a refund but had to drive the disgusting hairy pizza back myself.

This is not a positive review.Oh how things change! I've steadily watched the quality travel downhill. Multiple times now, I've had to wait nearly 2hrs for carryout. On my last attempt, I ordered online for carryout. Nothing crazy, just a couple of pizzas and some stuffed bread. That was at 530pm. I show up at 630(a little late) nobody can find my order. This goes on for a few minutes. I was asked if I was sure I ordered. I was asked if someone else picked it up. Long story short, no pizza. No offer of any kind whatsoever to remedy the major FU. I think we're done at this Domino's now.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza. The management at the store was very poor, and they seemed uninterested in giving people a chance. The staff appeared unmotivated and the service was slow. The management's lack of leadership was evident in the disorganized and chaotic environment. It felt like there was no clear direction, and this reflected in the quality of the food and the overall experience. I hope they consider revamping their management style to improve the overall service and atmosphere.
My Fiancé went to go pick up our pizza order and he gets there and they tell him its an additional 45 minute wait. Completely unacceptable and no compensation was offered to rectify the problem. Shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for pizza, especially having to pick it up.

I have been coming here since the location opened. It used to be great but since about 6 months before covid it's gotten progressively worse. Now it's down right garbage service wise....the food is still edible but the people they hire are a waste of energy and takes forever to get your food

Stopped ordering from here 2 years ago because we could never get the dominos to answer phone calls or take orders. Called tonight to give another try and still cannot take any orders ever. Wish they would close to provide antioch with better contributing restaurants to suit the people's needs more than a dominos that upsets the town and disrupts peace.
Worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered at. the “manager” can’t speak English and is completely rude and incompetent. Waited 15 mins longer for my food and still didn’t come out hot, then get home and see that is was all made like absolutely trash . Burnt, no cheese, covered up with lots of sauce.

We've ordered a lot of pizzas from here and it's been a positive experience. Had a couple parties this year for the end of the school year which required 15+ pizzas! They were on top of it and were able to make them all for us and have them ready. Thanks!

I ordered a pizza with no sauce. It went to a call center pretty sure out of the country. I waited more than 45 mins as promised/ it was an hour & 10 mins. Anyway the pizza was wrong & had tons of sauce. I called the store & they tell me it’s my fault for not communicating properly with the call center. Plus they didn’t even give me a receipt but read me what was on the receipt (supposedly) They do have a terrible attitude when you call to complain. Don’t ever order from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dominos did not include my salad and did not come back out to deliver me a new salad to my house. Did not refund me the cost of the salad. Did nothing to help take care of the problem. Complained on line, on the phone, and again on the phone no customer service at all. They do not even deserve one star. They should get negative starts.... Dominos sucks.
