There is no option to get your own sugar. Fill the island so i can fix up my caffiene juice properly. I hate having to ask for 6 sugars and then getting the "are you serious" look. Yes, I have a sweet tooth sue me. Put out the cream and sugar for God's sake.

Very small place without drive thru. In general nice. Many people. All parking spots very busy so we parked underground in the next building.
Got deathly sick from a coffee from here yesterday. Ordered a peppermint mocha with oat milk. Clearly something was wrong with the drink because within an hour, and having eaten nothing else, I was throwing up and had severe stomach issues for the rest of the day. They were busy so they got sloppy and clearly not cleaning or ensuring the ingredients were fresh. Disappointed

Good overall Starbucks. Fairly clean, but a little small in the inside. The wait can be a little long at time, but the drinks are good. 7.5/10 would recommend.

I have been coming to the Starbucks for over three years since I moved to the area. It is super convenient as it is centrally located in downtown Arlington Heights. It is quite small, so this is not really a place to hang out or stay but there is seating outside during the weathered months. Parking is hard to find on the ground level however, there is parking underneath that that is free.Every time I come here the staff is super nice, so no complaints there and everything moves pretty quickly. It's a great stop in between shopping or even after a meal to grab a coffee or in between errands as well.

I don't know what the issue is at this Starbucks. They are out of multiple drinks on their menu on a very regular basis. I'm not even considering them as an option anymore due to likelihood they will be out of what I would like to order anyway. My only guess is that the manager is unaware of how to order the appropriate amount of product for this store. I live in the downtown. I have to drive to another Starbucks miles away, where lacking half the menu isn't ever an issue for some reason.

As a delivery driver, this is the WORST location to have an order. They do not care about your time and start most orders when you arrive. PASS

Colin was exceptional. I do not come to Starbucks often, but I will now because of him. I ordered the wrong drink and he stepped up and bought the correct drink for me. I will be coming back. Colin is a great person and him working there alone makes this a 5 star Starbucks.

Miss the brewed coffee with the new machine the coffee does not taste the same. I believe that since the coffee goes thru the same spicket it mixes with the last brewed coffee.

Stopped by on the quick to this location. Barely any parking which isn't fun. Not much space on the inside to sit. Staff was friendly but order took about 10 minutes to make. I ordered a grande latte and grande iced chai latte. They tasted fine just a bit to wait and there was only two people in front of me.
