Colin was exceptional. I do not come to Starbucks often, but I will now because of him. I ordered the wrong drink and he stepped up and bought the correct drink for me. I will be coming back. Colin is a great person and him working there alone makes this a 5 star Starbucks.
Stopped by on the quick to this location. Barely any parking which isn't fun. Not much space on the inside to sit. Staff was friendly but order took about 10 minutes to make. I ordered a grande latte and grande iced chai latte. They tasted fine just a bit to wait and there was only two people in front of me.

I have been coming to the Starbucks for over three years since I moved to the area. It is super convenient as it is centrally located in downtown Arlington Heights. It is quite small, so this is not really a place to hang out or stay but there is seating outside during the weathered months. Parking is hard to find on the ground level however, there is parking underneath that that is free.Every time I come here the staff is super nice, so no complaints there and everything moves...read full review
