I am so disgusted at the service here.. I seen what might have been a roach crawling on the counter. I got my food and immediately gave it back. This establishment is ran so badly please get new management in my 15 years of coming here I’ve never experienced this!

The chicken wrap is a big failure !!!!! Not even close to wraps , its a piece of wrap with lettuce and sauce , chicken is a sample size, very disappointed with it. I wish i took a picture before i wrote this.

This has to be the worst drive thru Burger King in the chain. I keep trying, thinking it will get better but it does not. Please close this one and let a Taco Bell take over.At 12:55 I pulled up, second drive through still blocked, but no cars in the queue. I ordered and then sat for 22 freaking minutes before I pulled out from behind the car in front of me and just went home.This place needs to close and let someone else who understands customer service take over. As you can see, I'm not the only one who thinks it's horrible.Cannot give ZERO STARS!!! Why not, this place sucks.

do not eat here!!! contacting health departmen immediately! i just ordered a fry on 8/12/23 around 3:50pm and the lady manager on duty accidentally gave me two orders of fries. i ate out of the fries, she took them back because I wasn't gonna pay for her mistake and i made sure she threw them away. I pretend to leave and watched her take the fries out of the trash and put them back on fry station and reserved them to someone else. this is disgusting on all levels!

The personnel are lousy. Stood in the drive up for ten minutes. We were told to stand by. I finally had to drive off. This is not the only occurrence at this place!
